How about dealing with non parkor/walking and/or running things. Because I am pretty sure the people there have that covered.

Also the chaos emeralds are so unfair, they apparently make the user invunrable. Like a nuke could land on his face, blow up, and he wouldn't be fazed.

Luckily they're also temporary. Now if the dragonballs and Shenron was in then he could just wish to be completely invunrable.

Can someone help me understand what the heck Popo's powers are? Slendy, I'm not accepting any more OP apps.

Popo is known to be able to envelop people in a black mist and kill them. He has been seen to do this twice. Once to his counterpart Blue Popo, and the second time to Garlic Jr. (despite Garlick Jr.'s immortality) and his men.

Popo is also suggested to have some level of psychic influence, being that he was able to scare Bardock out of a coma, even though they never met or heard of one another. He was also able to accurately predict Krillin's death in Season 2 of Abridged.

Popo, like in the canon series, is also displayed at being a master of martial arts. Kami trusts him to train newcomers and has been shown to send opponents flying with a single hit (e.g Goku, Krillin).

Species: Human,mutated for strength and speed while inject with the Australian Flying Fox's blood.

Backstory: It all started in a facility-Facility 12 In Australia. It was a time of war among them,the third world war...with the help of American scientists,they created something that would hopefully win them the war. Created with the Mexican Girlfriend,the most dangerous living thing known to man,the war was won in two months after the project. Subject-41 was the face of the war at that time. When his side had one,he broke free from the hands of American lab workers and scientists,and was San Diego's trademark superhero. He also supports the safety of bats.

Powers and Abilities: With his wings being able to shrivel away at times,letting him use hand-to hand combat,these are his abilities: Wing clap (Needs wings),the ability to speed fight,claws,and berries that are full of mustard gas.

Weaknesses: Flash grenades

Destructive Capacity: Small Building

Speed: Flying speed up to 70 MPH-85 MPH / Running speed 56 MPH-60 MPH

Durability: Can withstand five semi-trucks full speed.

Lifting Strength: 19 tons

Striking Strength: 89-99 MPH/Wing clap is 127 MPH


Stamina: He can fly for sixteen hours straight,speed fight for nine minutes,and run for fifteen hours straight.
