This actualy happens in Universe at war. Orlok decides that the Hierarchy needs to change, so he leads a rebellion against Kamal. how he got his hands on a command ship, is just a little theory of mine. you see, he is still able to teleport down troops in the game, after he betrays Kamal. my theory is that he knows the Captain of one of the ships, so he would help Orlok in his cause. but that's just a theory... Weaknesses: He got blasted by a power nullifier, weakening his powers, also his infini-powers (the ones that are ableto tap into atoms) are very unstable, as they always were, but if he uses them too much he gets atom cancer, which is more deadly than regular cancer.

Destructive Capacity: City level (as if he looses control of his infini-powers, it's the equivalent to an atom bomb)

Weaknesses: Afraid of needles, can be killed conventionally (minus bullets [even in the original dragon ball, bullets would just bounce off of him, they would hurt him but not kill him] and missles), cannot breath in space, cannot survive lava, doesn't have the heart to finish the job (A.K.A he doesn't kill people unless they attack him after he gave them a second chance)

Is a combat/tactical genius for the most parts. Goku was the first to realize that Super Saiya-jin states were wasting an extreme amount of energy just by powering up to it, mastered the form despite the huge amount of stress (psychological and physical) the state puts on his body, which is more effective than training two years physically in the Room of Spirit and Time. Also devised different usages of the Kamehameha such as propelling it with his feet, homing in on targets, altering its path and range, using ki to augment his physical strength, and so on
