Anyway, if there are ways to extend their range (Am sure II nations have ways), not too hard to toss a missile from over 100+ km for anti-rad missions too.

Or if we're against slightly lower-tech opponents, do a little HALO bombing from the higher atmosphere (Thanks Tom Clancy).
