Fine with me.

Must be entirely honest I don't mind too much. There is probably some historical reason why it is not possible, but it's unique and within reason, so it is more than fine with me.

Maybe you are in the process of a Meiji-Restoration rather than already having it happened? I think that is a little more realistic.

Oh, that's right, lol. Seeing as it's 1796. But in regards to there being a historical reason "why it is not possible", there are multiple scenarios where we could have seen a powerful, united Korea. The Korean peninsula is not much smaller than Great Britain with an equal population. I believe the main inhibitions to the Joseon becoming juggernaut was the presence of a powerful Qing, but I can work that out.

Industrialization would just be beginning.

Yus, the Second Rome.

Balkans are likely to be a little sloppy. Nothing a good NPC or two cannot fix up, eh?

Currently, Bosnia is an NPC. As is Serbia. Here is Byzantium's claims: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=344053&p=24885951#p24885951

To make you even happeier, Svet. If no one claims the Ottomans, I might replace them with the Kurdish Empire. So Kurdish Kebab instead of Ottoman Kebab. Will have to see what players decide, land is still open.

Byzantium is likely to just be retrained to the Balkans (aka the second map FRoB made).

Yes, I just mean for reference. An Asian nation colonizing Alaska is a stretch. He subbed out NZ for Alaska, basically.

Implying spherlings are a formal thing, along with first rate word powers, in 1796.

Mainly just who can influence it the most. Not a formal sphere, but you get the point.
