Sure, it's really heavy and there's no way you're going to be able to lift it, but what do you think the engine is for?

Umm inflate the National guard, 5,000 men is a lot in this day and age, and its a greater degree of autonomy , allowing you to work as a real nation does, deploying troops and so on

By the way, I doubt any rebel groups are supported at the moment.

Judging by the world just recovering from a economical crisis, and the RP has just begun, there isn't much supporting at all.
That being said, I don't fund anybody myself.
