Now either Bad Vibrations can go with the RP, or with Lucius. But then I also think Silhouettes could maybe work for him, I'm not really sure though. But there's my contribution until I can think of something more.

eh, I think brothers in arms is ok, I mean the perfect composed soundtrack IMO would likely be very ennio morricone with a taste of electro in order to fit that low Sci-fi feel.
But the hotline Miami stuff is unfitting.

I don't think we really need a taste of electro. It's optional, in my opinion.

I suppose.
In that case, Miners Shooting and Blood Trails
Personally, I'm more of a fan of instrumental music when it comes to soundtracks for things.

It depends, really. I like the Call of Juarez soundtrack, but it doesn't seem fitting for a main theme. To me it comes across as something you expect on the background while things are going on during a scene, but not really something that carries an opening credit.
Ideally we need something that captures the post-apocalyptic, western-style mood of Rigel-3. Something slow, a bit lethargic. I'm thinking banjo's, too.

All this optional. I didn't realize finding a fitting song for Devine would be such a bitch.

Wow Min.
At least I could count on Rust. Anyways, here's some more, Hush (could work better as a character theme, not sure), Stormy High, and for fun, Exoskeleton (yeah, yeah, no electro, but some exceptions can be made surely).
