And I will reiterate something to make it clear to those who didn't get it, Lios is a ghost, and an ascended one at that, he can go through matter and materialize only some parts of himself if needed.
And the only way to hurt him is to hurt the source, being Alrick.

Heamet is even worse than that because to hurt him, you need intense amounts of iron or Carbonadium.
And if he 'dies' because of something human such as brain aneurysm, he will come back and regenerate, however, he is intensely weakened.

Alrick can only die because of Carbonadium or obscene amounts of punishment that have only been able to be dealt by Mother until now.

Naunet is purely human aside from her relics naturally protecting her, however, she is so hard to kill under normal means that trying to do so without anything that comes close to a meta power is almost impossible, however, Vibranium will shake her relics off enough so she can be hurt.

And Màen is still to be accepted.

Background: Màen grew in Scotland, she was born around the year 2400 and grew from there, in an age where time travel was possible because of various factors such as magic, even young, she had a deep fascination with her ancestors, namely Lios, being the one that started it all by stating his name officially and winning a high stakes duel tournament, bringing fame to her family.

However, when she grew older, she participated in the works of Heamet after his disappearance and managed to get the time machine to work correctly with Heamet's own help, having survived through the ages.
Upon reaching for Lios's timeline, Heamet moved the date and sent her for Alrick's, where she, in an act of sudden anger, cut off Alrick's right arm.

But after getting to know Alrick personally and replacing his arm with Heamet's help with a mechanical/ectoplasmic one, she grew increasingly more interested in his story and to stay close to him, she managed to get Naunet to appoint her as her personal bodyguard, on an even more important scale than Heamet and Alrick themselves.
