Hey Anowa, TU how would you feel about Alice gaining a few new abilities when she unlocks her memories?

Specifically I was thinking of adding a number of telepathic things that kinda coincide with her subconscious construct in BoA...

First I want to give her Indomitable Will: She is, in her own way, fanatically dedicated to her cause, plus her powers are will-driven anyway. I wanted to expand this to give her resistance to psychic assault and possession.

Second I wanted to add Basic level telepathy though limited, in her case, to telepathy with people she can either see or has a piece of (e.g. lock of hair).

Within this, I would also like her to be able to carry out Dream Manipulation, which is to say enter someone's dream (with the same restrictions as above) and communicate with them/modify the dream environment, though not in such a way that it has any effect when the subject wakes up.

So think American Dragon Jake Long on these two groups, except not exact in every way. It's a bit mythical, I know.

Name: The Dragon Force
Operational Range/Jurisdiction: For now, the USA.
Headquarters: Seattle, Washington
Membership: Anyone who is willing to protect the innocent (humans and myth alike) and to help take down the Dragon League
Leader: Jackson Curt, otherwise known as Vesperaldus
Members:
    1) Logan Wayne, the Light Dragon is pure and good dragon, he is the kindest there is, but sometimes take an "I'm better than you" perspective over other creatures because of this, while still treating those creatures as his own children. Otherwise, he is very intelligent, and readily helps others. If some discover his secret, he will align himself with them if the need arises unless the person is evil.
    2) Peter Smith, Polempisus is a Pterian Quadruped (wings, four legs). It is among smallest of the dragons, but it makes up for this in viciousness. Feels unimportant, so he does things to get himself noticed. He likes attention and being with friends, because they make him feel like he belongs. If he didn't have the Force, he would have been alone in the League. As a human, he is short and bald. He hates to be called a midget and a dwarf.
    3) Kimberly Fisher, Khioneus (Snow Dragon) is a Pterian Quadruped (wings, four legs). The Snow Dragon, as it's called most of the time, is peaceful and elusive. It used to live in the cold North, but originally came down to the Himalayas to join the Dragon League. After seeing the League for what it truly is, she left with the other five. She, in a way, symbolizes silence and stillness, like a windless sprinkle of soft snow. She is soft, quiet, and unique. She prefers times spent with her or close others, and she rarely ventures outside of her comfort zone.
    4) Jackson Curt, Vesperaldus (Western Dragon) is a Pterian Quadruped (wings, four legs). The Western Dragon is classic, one from all those tales about knights slaying dragons to save a princess. Fortunately, his kind has done no such thing. He is far from evil, but peaceful, advice-giving man/dragon that has long been extinct... or so we may have thought. He learned and perfected the gift of changing into humans, to hide in disguise. He, like the rest of his kind, is the original Telepathic, the First Tribe. Anyways, he appreciates the classics, the old, as well as the new. He embraces change and is a great leader. He is good with people. Jackson was a mentor back when his team was in the League. He taught not only the people that broke away to turn into humans but also many recruits that didn’t.
    5) Orson Haddax, Pyrodermoid (Fire-Skin Dragon) is a Pterian Biped (wings, two legs). His species of dragon might sound familiar; they, “have a nasty habit of lighting themselves on fire”. Ring a bell? No? Well, no fear. A Pyrodermoid is a passionate, sometimes wild, create. He may wear his feelings on the outside. He can be a little overaggressive if someone shows threat to a friend, family member, or even one of his ideals/opinions. His soul is untamable, like a fire.
    6) Andrew Card, Lapidenodon (Stony No-Tooth) is an Apterian Quadruped (no wings, four legs). His kind is covered in stone armor. Too heavy to fly, they usually stay around mountains and caves. So whenever he gets a chance, he will head to the Rocky Mountains for some peace. He is solitary, but kind. His emotions are steeled away behind knowing eyes. He may be hard to read, so others have a hard time helping him, but that doesn't stop him from being caring for them. Unlike the typical dragon, he actually follows a human religion.
Mission: : Protect humanity from creatures that Humans believe to not exist; to also protect defenseless mythical creatures such as the Sasquatch species (Big Foot, Yeti, etc.) and the Loch Ness Monster
Brief History: : Originally part of the Dragon League, the Dragon Force was non-existent in the League and was not a task force. The members rarely knew anything about each other but met on common ground: the League’s way was not the way. There were more members in this small group, but they all died when the group broke away. That left the group with six members. They are looking to expand their jurisdiction outside of the USA but they are being held within the nation by the League.

Name: Dragon League
Operational Range/Jurisdiction: The World
Headquarters: The Nepalese Himalaya
Membership: Be able to turn into a dragon
Leader: Ḍraigana Garēkō Sānsa (The Dragon’s Breath in Nepali; yes I used Google Translate)
Members: Ḍraigana Garēkō Sānsa, a Fire-Drake much like Smaug from Lord of the Rings, but not as greedy
Mission: Originally, to protect their master. Their new mission is to hunt down not only mythical creatures who they think threaten humanity but also to kill humans who threaten society, resulting in millions dead.
Brief History: The Dragon League was created by the first Ḍraigana Garēkō Sānsa, or the Dragon’s Breath. They make sure that not only mythical creatures attack Humanity but also make sure there are no humans that threaten their own society. Eventually the dragons turned on innocent mythical creatures and cryptids going into hiding. That is the main reason that the Dragon Force broke away from the League. They have been after them ever since and trying to contain them.

Heamet that's in portal limbo.
And Naunet that's in the Kosa manor.
And Lios is with Alrick.

No this time it's the real one.
Not nerfed.
Full on blood manipulation.
Unlimited portal creation (At least until he has brain aneurysm)
Barrier creation.

He's the true Heamet.
Our savior.

Eh, he can fill the savior role for a while.
Until something happens.
Like death or alignment change.

Although it's more likely Alrick will fit in that role.
Seeing as his actual and real story will be started once we can see a betrayal of a close ally.
Then it'll start.
Unless you stop it.
Anyone can stop it once it happens actually.

Eh. I'm planning on gradually powering my character up until he's essentially the physical manifestation of time itself.

Huh.
How interesting.
If I could make one of the gods I created intervene slightly, it would be fun.
Essentially, I've only created one, the god of creation and the other was created by my friend, the god of all things abstract.
So he covers things such as time, continuum, dimensions... And all that stuff.
If I could make him intervene I think it'd be a fun thing to see.

When your character will be able to stop time, just make him shout: THE WORLD!
Then time stops and a steamroller falls on his enemy.

Then start dropping the road rollers and use that quote!
Also, he's a perfect counter for Heamet if he can accelerate time.
However, he still has tricks in his bag.

Also, Heamet is probably going to return to Los Santana.
For unstated reasons.
Or just to chill out.

He'll be able to stall him.
But not beat him.
At least, not without the help of either Lios, Naunet or Alrick?

Super Identity: Mannequin
Real Identity: Manny Quinn, real name unknown
Is the true identity public knowledge or private? Private
Hero, Villain, or Neutral? Neutral, potential villain
Age: 20?
Gender: Male
Appearance: Looks like a smooth featureless male porcelain white mannequin, a hooded cloak that covers his body, shoes, pants, long sleeve shirt, gloves, glasses
Something like this but with gloves. http://orig08.deviantart.net/9cbd/f/201 ... 6mhr73.jpg

When he's trying to hide out in the open. http://orig07.deviantart.net/62a3/f/201 ... 5mx324.jpg

Group Affiliation: None
Legal Sanctions: Vigilante at best
D&D Alignment: Neutral, likely to change
Powers: Plastic physiology, featureless body, control over featureless humanoid dolls and statues, mannequin creation
Equipment: Other than the outfit to help blend in, a notebook with clues of his old life and the thing that took it from him
Power Origin: Unknown, most likely to be magic
Weaknesses: Despite being indestructible plastic, he is still plastic and can dissolve in acid, burn in fire, and the like.
Personality: Quiet, prefers to blend in the background, will do anything to get what he wants
Background: He doesn't remember anything when he woke up one day on the floor of the abandoned factory. Other than knowing someone or something stole his whole existence from him. He hide as he looks for the robber. He acted as a simple mannequin for a few days, steal some clothes, then leave. It was until one day that he was spotted. He moved and the crowd freaked out, scared he try to make a distraction for him to escape, causing most of the mannequins in the mall to move and attack, those mannequins that are as featureless as him. He soon try to learn of his powers, of his control over featureless human shape things, and of his ability to make more. All in an effort to catch the thing that stole his life from him, if he only he can remember what sort of life it was.

Then he gotten himself captured, ironically by people looking for some slender person. It might be a coincidence, but he can't really tell. His mind and morals are ambiguous at the moment, a part of his humanity he tries to reclaim, but now he's at a crisis. Was he truly human, or a mannequin made to think that it was one?

Syrixces that's not really a Post as it is a "he might go to the bank" and even then, there are most likely a ton more banks around Los Santana including the Union Depository, that would be open to him attacking, instead of the one being attacked by armed thugs.

So apparently this is the name of my character in Circular Gallifreyan. Now, I have a program that allows me to transliterate things from this alphabet into circular gallifreyan. Anybody want to have something turned into a circle?

I finally have a chance to use the phrase:

Haha! I can't read.
