Equipment: Zeke possesses an extremely powerful exo skeleton, created out of an Neocrite. Neocrite, is an otherworldly alloy, of which the recipe is known to Zeke, and Zeke alone. Neocrite, is almost indestructible, can only be melted within a nuclear furnace, and can withstand tactical missiles, and extreme conditions. The suit enhances Zeke's strength (Max 10 tons), speed (Max 60 mph), enables nuclear fueled flight, can shoot purified Neocrite energy from his visor (the three red rectangles spin and release this beam after a 2 second delay), and contains 2 Neocrite short swords, one in each fore arm, that are released upon an arm movement. The helmet contains a HUD, and the suit is fitted for life support, and can support Zeke fragile body for 10 years without resupply or power.

Origin: Created by Zeke

Weaknesses: Once out of his suit, Zeke is very fragile, and can be killed very easily. The suit does run on a limited nuclear supply, and the energy beams can be directed back and used against him.

Personality: Zeke, as a result of his traumatic past, suffers from delusions. He is severely schizophrenic, and is afraid to leave his suit. He is obsessive, over money, clearing his name, revenge, and primarily, his vision of beauty. The animal is deeply in love with a dead women, Diana. He motivates most of his actions towards her. He is also obsessive with protecting his life's work, Neocrite.

Bio: A victim of an abusive childhood, Zeke was left paralyzed and sickly after a local thug planted a car bomb in his girlfriends (Diana) car. He survived in critical condition, she did not. He went insane, and struggling with his mobility, and created his suit. He killed the thug, and the entire gang, and went onto pursue his lifes work, creating more Neocrite, and fashioning a metal body for his now deceased Diana, believing that he could rebuilt her in robot form. He turned to theft, and mercenary work. Eventually, his delusions led to him attempting an armed take over of the United states. He is currently on the run.

Is it an exoskeleton or power armor?

Would it be OK if I apped as a mysterious group that no one seems to know about, except for those with ties to said organization?
I am lacking creativity to make a char at the moment; but have plenty of ideas for groups/factions and such.

Weaknesses: His Voodoo won't work on someone who knows how to counter it or is proficient in Light Magic. If any totems are destroyed then whatever effects they had are destroyed as well. Holy objects will cause him pain and can block his magic to an extent.
These fall under Vodou Deity Physiology- Baron Samedi:
    Those with Psionic Shield or Indomitable Will may not be affected unless users earn their trust.
    Users may have a hard time earning others' trust at times if they are already familiar with the user's ability.
    Loneliness Embodiment users may be too encapsulated in solitude to want a leader.

    He has limited range, can only heal via touch or a card.
    Useless against Irreversible Destruction.
    May be painful for the recipient of the healing.

    Doesn't work on deities.
    May take time if a spell is placed on the corpse to prevent rising.
    The risen has no soul, and are mindless servants.

    Is more difficult then Necromancy, so it takes longer with more rituals.

Personality: He does what he wants and really doesn't care, though he always honors a deal.
Background: The Vodou Loa known as Baron Samedi was long ago sealed away, along with many other ancient deities, by a secret Christian society over four hundred years ago. Samedi, being exceptionally powerful in manipulation and Voodoo, worked at a way to peak through their prison and influence this world. Eventually, he was able too, and the first contact he made was with Ezekiel Facilier, a con-man and Voodoo practitioner in Louisiana. Deciding that the easiest way to make his presence known was to give his power to someone else, he made a deal with Ezekiel; He would turn Ezekiel into the new Baron Samedi, and he would convert people to Samedism.

Name: The Organization (Other names; 'The Society', and 'The Unknown League')
Operational Range/Jurisdiction: Almost Everywhere; underground, illegal markets and the 'white' market. Some influences in government, but minimal.
Headquarters: Unknown; The Organization's headquarters moves according to the needs of it.
Membership: It's a "You don't find them; they find you" recruitment process. Unless they think they need you, you aren't going to know about it. Or be hired by it.
Leader: Unknown; Codenamed, 'Patriarch'.
Members:
The CEO and Board of Directors of Orion Corporation, a private company that does just about everything.
Orion Corporation Private Military Division.
Unknown government members, and other varying companies.
Mission: Known only by members; the goal of the Organization is absolute secrecy and manipulation of world events as necessary to Patriarch's desires.
Brief History: The Organization was founded by "Patriarch", a villain who supposedly vanished years ago. The Organization tends to remain hidden and working in high secrecy; with little to none outside of it knowing about it. Most of the members within the Organization are villains, but some are actually heroes to keep tabs. The Organization runs many, many corporations, underground cartels, as well as having influence, albeit minor influence, over many governments. The Organization is planning something big, although it's unknown what exactly it is planning. Those who know of the Organization have a hard time avoiding trouble, as the Organization uses it's influence and power to pull strings and make 'unwanted' people disappear, or at least, feel threatened enough to need to go underground. The Organization has been unnoticed for many years; however, soon that will change. The Organization appears to be both militaristic, economic and political, making it a governmental entity of sorts. The Organization's use of stealth and the upmost secrecy makes it hard to track it down. It has many front companies; and sometimes, those front companies have front companies. Any cartels ran by the Organization are given puppet leaders; known criminals who get a large paycheck by taking full responsibility and credit for any crimes they commit, at least in the underground and not publicly. None the less, the Organization doesn't seem to have hostilities towards anyone, as of yet.

I got it! The girl I mentioned in my recent post in the Los Santana RP could be part of this Organization and she's looking to recruit Jed 'Crel' Gates (my character), despite him being True Neutral, care free, and having a bit of an anger problem at times.

Background:
Born into a relatively prestigious German noble family in the 1870s, Ferdinand Zeitgeist wanted for nothing, but still desired adventure. This desire for adventure led to a stint in the Reichswehr, spent in the various African colonies. During these sojourns, he became known for his exceptionally tolerant treatment of the natives, gaining a reputation of "Being soft" on the natives. After a visit to his ancestral home, however, he found a highly injured man wearing an unusual set of armor. Said man died soon after, but in beforehand entrusted his equipment to Ferdinand, with the belief that it would be used wisely. when Ferdinand figured out how precisely the vortex manipulator (time travel device) worked, he used it to travel to the far future, where he lost his limbs in an accident.
Theme song:following replacement of his limbs with those of the person who had died, who was, in fact a cyborg, he started travelling through time, looking for problems to solve.
