Waiiiit, that would actually be nice for a plot arc. Anowa needs to hear about this. But currently it wasn't planned. We were talking about the fact that if they were to be released, they would first be in South America, because Cthulhu sleeps in R'lyeh (his place) which is situated at the bottom of the south pacific, so as I was saying before, they would render the world crazy starting by the south, but that's only him. Nyarlathotep can spawn literally anywhere.

We should retreat to territories where we are better established, rebuild and regroup. This group was put together with the idea that our 'Muggle' members support the Meta-humans, but the reality is we don't have enough Meta-humans for the tasks we are already faced with. Dubrovnik is our largest operation and we have no Meta-humans on the staff at all. We have my suit, which is still a working prototype and one very gifted sniper." he gave a small nod to Zara, "Sure, we can get some actual assault rifles... God knows what you want in the way of armor - those vests we have issued are Type III, with Type IIIA helmets. You've already said though, that you think our agents are incompetent... but you think can train them, plan and execute a mission all within three weeks? That is a pipe dread. I vote against."

That left Naunet with the deciding vote...

My brothers can join us, and I have my own personal assistant that is a meta as well, but that only makes three or four at most, sending us commanders directly on the front lines will equal to a bad RPG, putting the king in the front line, we'll lose the rest of the units, as powerful as they can be.
As I've told before though I have the feeling of being lightly ignored, we are extremely present in Northern Western Europe, Finland is at the limit of being over-equipped and Norway is practically on the same level, Germany has facilities that can keep meta-humans just as well as that prison in San Diego, and we have overall very good funding from the various governments, Meta-human people have already started to migrate there.
I vote for it. We can win this, if planned carefully and if our instructors back in Finland can train our agents here, we will be more than ready for anything meta-human related."

She spoke, she didn't let her tone waver at all, she was confident that they could manage it.

I'm wondering. Should I follow the actual storyline from the book Alrick is from... Or should I tweak it?
I mean, Alrick has a pretty bad ending if I follow it, not bad morally, but bad for him altogether. He still is my character and this is the fate he suffers in my book, but somehow... I don't want it like that, yet I have very good ideas to follow it with the recent developments in his personality and his development with everyone.

I want him to live, but at the same time, I keep on telling myself no.
I'll probably choose once the moments arrive.

Background: Mary was born in Spain in the late 1500s. She grew up a pretty normal life and her family ventured to the new world when she was about 9 years old. After settling in the colony of New Spain and began to become more adventurous. At the age of 25, she discovered that one of her closest friends was in some cult. She ultimately was forced into it but kept it hidden from her family. One day as the cult was performing a ritual, they called upon the sacrifice of 4 women. Mary, her friend and 2 others were chosen for this sacrifice. She tried her best to escape but watched as her friends and the others were killed. Shortly after, she was killed in the sacrifice. The ritual lasted 4 days, and over those 4 days, each girl would be brought back by the spirit of one killed long ago. When it was Mary's turn, she was accidentally brought back to life. She had strange magical powers, which she used and killed the rest of the cult in revenge. She lived out the rest of her life in Alta California and watched as it switched in the hands of Spain, Mexico and then the United States over 400 years. She now resides in secrecy and uses her powers against those who would cause harm to others. She normally doesn't align herself as good or evil.
