I'm going to do the Second-Sixth ones be EU. Germany is already going to be Second, but for the rest, what are your thoughts?

Obvious ones would be countries that already have space programs (Russia, China, don't know any others). The rest we can just make up, like Japan, Sweden, or Brazil, or countries that we can assume would be next in line to build successful space programs.

Obviously Russia would probably be 7th and China 8th, Japan probably 9th.

How about, for the poorer regions, since it is in the future, they've unified a bit so that they can go to space too, like the African states, Middle East Coalition, and then the other tiny Asian nations have done the same.....Wait, what about Australia, and the UK/South America? And Canada, can't forget them.

Not too far in the future though, not enough for Africa or really Asia either.
