As he says that a Civil War breaks out between those sides. Both sides really strong and armed but the Kaiser party winning over. As the President of Democrasy is in another country the message of the Civil War hasnt arrived yet.

A message is sent to the Goverment of Volkstrad:
"After inspecting the are around Molbovia we have found out that the lands of the Balkans belong to you. We would like to maybe arrange an agreement so the Nation of Molbovia could get the Balkans under its borders. We would prefer if we came because a civil war has started in Molbovia."

After leaving and arriving back to the country,the President of Democracy was assasinated outside of the Parliament after discussing with the President about the Meeting. Letters are being sent around to nations as an invitation to the burial ceremony of the President of Democracy of Molbovia.

Soldier limbs fly everywhere in Istanbul as a rocket that they have set up was shot. It raises doubt in soldiers if their weapons are really all that safe.

In Lebanon. The small fleet uses gunboat diplomacy to try and introduce the nation to Vukmire's arms.

For now, Eisenland sends the Bulgarians older but still quite usable weapons, such as the Dreyse rifle, and older Krupp breech-loading artillery from the 1860s. This is part of a reluctance to proliferate the most advanced Eisenlander weapons to anyone except close allies such as the Confederation.
