Moments later the Jannisaries leave while a young man with extravagant robes walks in with dark brown hair and some stubble on his jaw. "Hello I am Alhim, the son of the Sultan, please excuse his silly actions."

"The son of a gun arrives."

He chuckles and smiles a tad bit. "Quite a literal expression."

"All our actions deemed 'controversial' have been direct responses to transgressions of your own."

"This seems more and more like you're trying to find ways to weaken my nation so that my people will always be seen under the Eisenlanders."

"We want to be equals; not let you dominate and threaten us."

"So.. the war was pointless. How can we trust nations like Togeria or Vukmire!? They'll have no accountability."

"They'll have to answer to said entity for all future conflicts. Yes, this war was pointless. Look simply at the disaster of the Italian front to see the futility, the worthlessness of it all. I am not a young man, your majesty. I have come to learn there is little glamour in death and violence. It is better that we create this council to stop all violence to come, to force nations to be accountable for their actions to be judged without bias by the world. This will give this bloody affair purpose. The sons and daughters of the world will have died to make this the War to End all Wars..... eternal peace, prosperity...... to have died violently to save billions of future lives is a noble cause....... one which I would happily throw myself onto a thousand knife blades to attain."

Elizabeth looks at him with a smile "Your words are true, my friend."

"This seems more and more like you're trying to find ways to weaken my nation so that my people will always be seen under the Eisenlanders."

"I doubt that, in your world equals mean Eisenland in the front with Togeria in back sweeping the crud.'

Lillian sighs. "My lord, I share your sentiment.. but thankfully, our generals think before they act. The Togerians do not, and they've lead to this crisis.."

"So I will be filling in my father's place until he recovers. And I agree with Khan. We should be trying to avert these situations at the best of our abilities. Even if it means sacrifice. "

[-Eisenland-]

Lillian scoffs. "You lot have done an excellent job avoiding the situation.. leaving your allies to die alone. Until, of course, you saw a chance for profit."

[Vukmire]

He chuckles and smiles a tad bit. "Quite a literal expression."

"Soon nature will take its toll on him." He grins like a sly animal.

[The Alpine Confederation]

"Come now, friends, comrades! Let us cease our arguments over the war which we bury..... let us instead pave the way for which our descendents, our granddaughters and grandsons shall trod... let us make it a prosperous path, a path in which one may not forget that it was paved over the bones of the brave, the courageous, the last noble men the earth had to offer, but may do so and honor their sacrifice, to walk forth towards our destiny, a destiny of peace and great discovery before us...... let us not bicker over what has been done now, let us instead do what we must to make it so no other generation may suffer as ours has. Let us instead make way for the Council of Nations that shall forthwith resolve all of man's conflict and squabbling, let us instead be those who chose not to extend the bloodshed, but to grind it to a halt for its gears and cogs to eternal rust, for the war machine to puff its last and engines to die..."

[Badassistanian]

"Aye, I am in support of such a council."

"Shame it isn't realistic."

"We could even vote on world decisions with other nations!" Alhim says excitedly.

[-Eisenland-]

"Or we could let Togeria and Vukmire trample all over us, doesn't that just sound lovely?"

[The Alpine Confederation]

"Shame it isn't realistic."

The Khan rises to his feet and stands over the table.
"But we must try! If we do not, then what chance have we? A chance stands before us, a roll of the die, a possibility for long lasting, perhaps eternal peace........ is that not a worthy enough boon for you to seek? Is it not worth your utmost efforts to pursue? To hound to the ends of the earth and down the fiery abyss into the open jaws of Hell simply to have a chance of achieving? A possibility to save billions, nay trillions of future lives from the ravages of wars like our own, here and now? Is it beneath us to claw forth for such a prize?"

[Vukmire]

"Apparently democracy and peace is poisonous gas to this one." He furrows his brow in dissapointment.

[Badassistanian]

"Bloody fucking hell, can't we just resolve this already?"

Lillian bursts out laughing. "I'm sorry for being so unprofessional... but you're the more respectable version of your father. As for the Khan's 'plans,' what would such an organization do? If 'peace' involves the allied nations banding together to trample our vote, then no. I do not want peace."

[Vukmire]

"Bloody fucking hell, can't we just resolve this already?"

"Please refrain from escalating yourself Ma'am. "

Lillian finds herself smiling again, looking at Elizabeth fondly. She's a nice relief from all these atrocious people..

"But if we can all choose for peace there will be no sides. We will all have our worldview that best suits the needs of our citizens. We must try to make this a reality for the good of the world. "

"Fair enough ma'am but any more fighting and trouble with others may get you in trouble or possibly hurt."

"What, you expect every nation in the world to suddenly opt for peace.." Lillian grinds her teeth. "Having different interests literally refutes the idea that there won't be any sides.. are you all leaders, or children!?"

"Do you not see, Kaiserin? Among us there are three, three nations who we know are in agreement in many ways..... those being yours, my own, and Bulgaria...... Among the allies there are four, four of them....... that is hardly a decisive edge, especially when considering there are several nations not among those here who would disallow such a stampede, and even among the Allies who would likely do such a thing..... the vote is only the final step, the way is not 'Bring us an issue and we cast our lots!' Nay, it is 'Bring forth an issue with which we shall all discuss and come to an agreement to resolve'.... the purpose is to discuss and resolve disputes in a manner which satisfies all parties or brings justice when necessary.... it is not to crush the rights of a state unnecessarily which could have certain long term effects which, for the good of Humanity, we should all attempt to avoid."
