As ships stem forward, the ships do as well, firing, ships moving around the enemy ships to aim at the back of the ships.
ITALIAN FRONT: More planes come, as the groups lead as many planes onto them before groups of 4 come behind, aiming at the back of the planes.

Cruisers are hit hard, but don't submit yet, firing their own barrages onto guns and engine of the the ships, focusing in with their own armor piercing ships.

The ships make another turn which puts the pursuing fleet into a situation similar to that of the crossing the t, leading them straight into an onslught of heavy fire.
Men are ordered to turn back and return to the trenches in retreat in order to conserve losses, the short offensive was a failure and the deaths from it have yet to be tallied.

The Eisenlander cruisers don't back down - the turrets and engine rooms are the most heavily armored sections of the ship, the engine room encased deep within the belt armor. They continue their barrage against the Togerians, firing with accuracy.

The two cruisers refuse the backdown, deciding to try and sandwich the cruisers, Kakimono moves its best around to the otherside, firing on the full and below at it moves, Yamaguchi firing below the belt as to try and sink one.

Admiral von Rachau orders a Gefechtskehrtwendung, a full battle-turn. The ships turn at almost a 180 - the torpedo boats launch a curtain of torpedoes towards the Badassistanian ships to cover the full turn.
The Eisenlanders send their wounded inland to the hospitals, the vast majority caused by the artillery barrages prior to the attack, although the deeply protective trenches helped save many troops.

The torpedoes hit the thick armor of the ships but many miss as the barrage continues, aiming at the vitals of the ships.
