I don't know. Influential and charismatic man proven leader, asking for the disenfranchised masses to join him in the idea of a better tomorrow. Seems like a pretty good deal. It is up to the OP though, and he would determine the results.

~History~
With the rise to power of Prime Minister Modi, the country experienced a new era in the economy. Many reforms were instituted in order to increase the competitiveness and the efficiency of the many industries of the nation. Thanks to the outsourcing of IT jobs from many places across the world, India has been able to add a new type of workforce that has become important in the rise of the Middle Class. Although millions, perhaps hundreds of millions are still in poverty, the Indian government's economic reforms have helped to increase the living standards of many throughout the country.
The Oil Crisis have caused India to look elsewhere for sources of energy, Since India imported oil to power its factories and part of its economy, it partly suffered when such shock happened. However, thanks to the initiatives taken in 2014 and 2015 by Modi, the nation was able to avoid a greater impact. Modi encouraged the expansion of renewable energy as well as other sources that would reduce India's oil dependency. Now, 10 years after the fact and with the crisis, his efforts came to fruition.
What's more important to highlight is that 10 years of openness to globalization and the international market has led India into a new era of prosperity. The fact that it has been able to expand its export value and industrialize has allowed India to become a manufacturing powerhouse of Asia and the world.

I dunno. File a complaint, or something. It's kinda mean to deport them just for not being African. Are you going to kick out all white people? Even if they have African heritage?

I am going to veto you having such a big economy and 110 nuclear bombs. Less of both!
Also, Force Projection as India? That's… certainly interesting.
