Haven't though about the Boer's. Probably going to call them decedents from imperialist ancestors and kick them out to. The Reason why the Arabs are not banned is because the whole of north Africa is occupied by them. They are essentially African.

Quite a few countries. Look at the original post's recommended countries list. Most are already taken, but not all.

If you really want to, you can play a country not on the list. But the recommended countries are, as I said, recommended for a reason.
