You might need to start defending Kamchatka/Siberia, too, Japan may be forced to attack when the US inevitably declares war.

They aren't in Japanese territorial waters. There is a gap in between the northern most border of Japanese territorial waters and the Russian coast. They go through said gap.

Also, I'll take that into consideration.

Edit: There is also a small gap between the Korean coast and the border of Japanese territorial waters.

I don't think the OP should RP this. The country has 4,300 undertrained, under supplied, definitely unprepared, unexperienced, and corrupt soldiers. Togo is the same. They have the combined military strength of 10,000.
