It's funny but Sam actually has a radio in her backpack. She just never bothers with it for obvious reasons.

Do you post in the IC? if so you are relevant to the roleplay; do you post about the group and your interactions with everyone, if so you are relevant to the group as well. Really in my experience you only become irrelevant to both is when you stop posting...cause then...well you're no longer in the story.
