Being able to heal quickly is fine but I feel being able to touch someone else and heal them is getting a bit fantastical. I know this is a zombie apocalypse with horrible mutations running around but I'm trying to keep this as grounded as possible. The NAR wrote:Nahh one of his powers is going to give him the ability to prevent transmission of the virus
Same thing here. Being Gifted has some benefit to you but affecting others would be limited except for spreading the virus. As such I feel the only benefit that could prevent the spread of disease would be if your strain was sterile, not so much as removing a virus already in a host. Also the telepathy is kind of pushing things as well. Not trying to be a hard ass but that's my opinion.

It only applies to Infected and Psychotics. Reavers kinda seek to destroy him

Yeah, well, the Reavers coordinating an attack to me is completely stupid. Sure in big cities they would crowd, but still in small numbers, due to the population density before the apocalypse. But in the countryside, where the compound is, they would not be nearly that thick.

There has never been any evidence to support that the compound is in the countryside

Lurkers can coordinate but are also smart enough to know when to back down. Lurkers would be unlikely to attack the base but would focus more on parties moving out of the safety zone. Mutts are dogs and use a pack mentality so would likely do the same. Psychotics have been seen primarily in Indiana thus far but would also know when to cut their loses. Brutes, Screamers, and Infected have little remaining intelligence (though there are outliers) so coordination is unlikely.

Not destroyed, just attacked.
Frankly, even when I was in control, it came off as too much of an unstoppable fortress.

Actually, now that you mention it, I have an idea to resolve this. The hordes have been migrating away from Chicago (as per IC posts), so it could be possible for a large group to stumble across Evanston. The compound should not be destroyed however as it has a destiny in mind but some damage wouldn't hurt. Would at the very least waste all your ammo.

Funny, I was just about to mention that. Figured the hordes would leave Chicago due to lack of food.
What if NE was under siege? That'd be interesting.
