It is the year 2023 and the entire world has lost power in March 12th, 2023 a powerful military company called Atlas Power Inc. Were at a dig site in New Mexico then they found something it was some type of alien artifact wanting to test it they took it to a lab in Washington D.C. all the scientist in the room were excited some scientist thought this artifact will be one step closer into finding aliens when the head scientist press the button the artifact started to glow blue but then something went wrong the artifact started spinning the scientists try to stop but before they could do anything the artifact blew up and sent out a huge blast and killed the scientist everybody in the world saw a huge blue wave and once the blue wave disapreared the entire world has lost power.

Bio: Muhammad is a young Muslim man from Afghanistan that was attempted to commit a terrorist attack before the power went off. He and his brethren had smuggled in an AK-47's and were plotting an attack on a New York City subway. They were caught due to NSA wiretapping, which resulted in them being sent to a civilian court, as is customary in 2023 America. They were all found guilty and were being sent to a detention center when the power stopped. The bus they were being shipped in had stopped because the wave killed the car battery. They jumped out of the prison bus an were headed away, when the police opened fire on them. All of Muhammed's colleagues got shot and died, but Muhammad himself managed to get away. He first went to get his AK-47 that he had stashed in a mound of dirt in the park alongside a few extra clips. He then ran into a mosque and interrupted the sermon to preach to the people that it was the beginning of The Day of Judgement and that they must now eliminate the infidels to make Muhammad smile upon them. The Imam agreed and had them all take it to the streets to began purging. They wielded pipes and sticks to perform God's work.

See the TV series 'Revolution'. It didn't just become 'Every Man for Himself'. People formed governments, some would say because of a need for power. In a large sense, it worked, apart from when a former United States nuked Philadelphia and Atlanta when the power was restored, meaning that the two most powerful governments collapsed, and the now-corrupt American Government-in-Exile reclaimed the entire US and did nasty things to the inhabitants. There should at least be people vying for control.

Bio: Not much is known about Yakov before the power the went out people said he used to be a spy during his time America and Russia started to have a second cold war Yakov was sent to the U.S. but when the blue wave hit his plane it started falling down luckily the plane landed in the water
Yakov escaped the plane and got on a beach now he must find the nearest town or city and ask what the blue wave was.

Bio: Before the power went off, Wyne lived a normal life. He enlisted in the Canadian Armed Forces. When the power went off, the governments of the worlds collapsed. In order to protect his family, Wyne got together with his comrades, and with their help he formed a small haven from the chaos of the world. They created a small republic in the former city of Kingston, Ontario. For protection, former members of the military became the defending force for this new government. They salvaged as much as they could from around the city, now those who decided to join his republic live around an old fort, Fort Henry. This Fort acts as their town hall. Resources started running low a while back, so Wyne commissioned some groups of men to collect more. Wyne is the elected leader of the Military Republic of Kingston.
