I'm sure they had coats when they invaded irl, too. That's not the problem winter caused for them. Many machines made to operate in temperate climates fail miserably in extreme cold. A lot of the stuff Russia makes has to cope with that, as out in Siberia and Northern Russia, it gets like, sixty below in winter.

But, the things that'll f up my plan is certain things of my army (like automobiles and such) are going to freeze, but if it is 1909 now, that means we're in January or febuary, meaning it is litting up now.
