Their unification is realistic since we'd already signed a prosperity treaty before I begun to administrate it, had pleasant relations, both had imperial ambitions, and were both originally part of the Roman Empire. Their unification IC wise was merely an excuse for my OOC control over it, made it easier to control, and to unite the Roman Empire. When Naval Monte wishes to return to the rp, France will be returned along with their colonies.

How I see it:

Stalin gave a go-ahead for something without consulting Lenin. Lenin didn't like it, and as the General Secretary, revoked the order. As what's pissing people off is the aid being sent to the rebels, and Lenin revoked that order, both sides should just go back to their separate corners.

You're logic is flawed. They are two separate people, and only Lenin actually represents the Soviet Union's wishes. For all you should care, you should just be ignoring Stalin, and focusing on Lenin, as he's the one that has say, and dictates the final word on the USSR. And Lenin's said, "No, we aren't going to help the rebels".

Correct. However you set out to attack my ally, wrote the post, thus you were the aggressor regardless of what character did it. We are sorting out peace here, not who started it.

Yeah, and Lenin stopped the aid to the rebels and aggression against the Ottomans, therefore, should you guys stop your retaliation? It's kind of silly to keep retaliating against something that ended.

That is the decision of the Ottomans to make. I only joined the war because I had too, and I can only be relinquished from the terms by the other signatories.
