Maybe but I had planned for waiting until the real Mexican Revolution happened where I would have supported Emiliano Zapata for a socialist Mexico, closer to the beliefs of Bolivaria. I wouldn't have made it a part of Bolivaria, yet at least, but a member of the Internationale, if I was given permission by the OP and I would control their actions until a player for Mexico turned up.

It would appear that the territory highlighted there spills over into Poland and Ukraine just a tad bit, both of which are controlled by me. Well, Prussia also has a bit of Poland.

But of course, I'm not 100% sure, considering that there aren't modern boundaries on it, so I'm just eyeballing it.
