No, you can't be that because North Africa is European.

Government Form: Constitutional Monarchy
Ideology: Fast Growing Socialist Minority with a Monarchist Nationalist Party and a Democratic Republican Party
Foreign Policy: Slight Neutrality though it is considering aligning with the Allies.
Civil Freedoms /10: 8
Political Freedoms /10: 7
Economic Freedoms /10: 9
Military Name: The Royal Armed Forces of Yugoslavia
Military Size: 750,000 (5% of total population due to Armed Mobilization)
Description of Your Nation's Economy: Steady, No real growth but not in a recession.
Description of Your Nation's Government: In a power struggle between the Monarchists and the Democratic Republicans with a growing Socialist Minority in the Senate (Upper) and Chamber of Deputies (Lower Houses).
To be exact of the 172 Seats in the Senate 89 are Democratic Republicans, 56 are Monarchist, 18 are Socialist, 5 are Nationalist, 2 are Conservative and 1 is Progressive
Of the 445 seats in the Chamber of Deputies 202 are Democratic Republicans, 151 are Monarchist, 53 are Socialist, 12 are Nationalist, 8 are Conservative, 5 are Croatian Independence, 4 are Progressives, 3 are Social Democrats, 3 are Prohibitionists, 2 are Libertarians, 1 is Federalist, and 1 is Anarchist.
Alternate History: There is more polarized politics in this timeline and the Monarchists are willing to make deals with the Axis while the Majority Democratic Republicans are pushing to join the allies. There is also some pull from the Socialists to align with the Comintern. Otherwise it is pretty much as it was back then.
RP Sample: You know me. If you forgot me I will give you a sample. And I will be sad.

Yugoslavia is reserved. Could be Romania.

Any communist revolution probably would have been stamped out. Not many people particularly liked communism at this tim.

Okay, so what about a struggling economy brought up by oil? Central/South American woes answered with oil from Venezuela and the Cuban Basin. Nations form a powerful conglomerate as a result, and use the oil as their main export. How's that?
