In my almost completed app for Netherlands, I include Netherlands colonies in Caribbean too, so even if you did not gave Suriname the kingdom can sit at one of the Caribbean colonies.
And Indonesia will be independent no matter how much the Dutch tried to stopped it.

There are government restrictions that make it a mixed economy, but Finland is hungry for foreign partnerships and the Partanen government is looking into greater economic relations with market economies outside of the largely state controlled economies of the Axis.
Goals: Politically distance Finland from Germany without overly antagonizing them, survive Soviets, improve relations with the Allies, possibly ally with Sweden/form some kind of defense bloc with them and maybe Norway.

The Finns resisted valiantly, using guerrilla tactics to chop up long, vulnerable columns of Soviet troops on narrow forest roads. As the war in Western Europe had more or less ground to a halt with the onset of Winter, the world watched as tiny Finland foiled its gargantuan neighbor time and time again in the blood-stained snows of December and January.
A Finnish victory was simply an impossibility, however. The Soviets committed more and more troops and surged forward again from mid February to mid March 1940, bringing Finland to the negotiating table.
The Moscow Peace Treaty was signed on 12 March 1940 and went into effect the following day. Finland ceded a portion of Karelia—the entire Karelian Isthmus-along with the city of Viipuri and much of the country's industrial territory. The Gulf of Finland Islands were also lost, along with the Hanko peninsula and the Salla region in central Finland.
The war turned the Finnish psyche firmly against the USSR and all things Soviet. In 1942, Finland entered into an alliance with Germany in order to protect itself from further Soviet aggression. Recent legislature has instituted the "mandatory arming," of the populace, similar to Switzerland. The attitude of the current government and most of the populace towards Germany is one of disgusted cooperation; for Finland's own survival, it will work with the Axis, but the Allied nations are greatly preferred even though Partanen recognizes that Finland can't exactly leave the Axis when Europe is so dominated by Germany and it's more willing allies. The Partanen government has also recently pursued closer ties with Sweden.

The attitude of the current government and most of the populace towards Germany is one of disgusted cooperation; for Finland's own survival, it will work with the Axis, but the Allied nations are greatly preferred even though Partanen recognizes that Finland can't exactly leave the Axis when Europe is so dominated by Germany and it's more willing allies. The Partanen government has also recently pursued closer ties with Sweden.

I'm not about to go to war with Germany, Finland probably won't even leave the Axis unless it gets a lot of support from the Allies, which is unlikely considering it borders the USSR and is in the midst of HappyReichLandTM. What it's looking to do is distance itself as much as possible from Berlin while still ensuring the Germans aide them in the event of RedQuake 2.0.

Yup. I have 18 carriers in service with another 11 under construction. Needless to say I'm trying to sell some off.
