We better decide early on, actually. What do we want the general end result of the heist to be? Do the baddies make it off with the Napulium, but perhaps the heroes save the innocents? Or what?

Do not forget that CIS and I have chars that will (probably) try to help civilians in the square but have zero interest in the Napulium. Alice doens't even know it's there (or what it is for that matter)

yeah they're there. but they'll be more focused on protecting their little "den" in the plaza then actually going ater the napulium

then this should work nicely, seeing as Black Hand doesn't se the use for Napulium and would be more morally weighed to help the civilians. I'll have black Hand make the first reaction to the fighting

no the syndicate isn't really focused on Napulium, though they used some as a deterrent to try to stop black hand they haven't found a desperate need. so dealing with them is pointless

just a question. i wanted to introduce my main villian from Black Hand's storyline, coudl i create an App for Him to get opproved or would i just make him a static character?

It depends. How big of a character will he be? If he's a villain that you'd say could be comparable to some of the other chars, then I'd put up an app. If he is literally just a side character to help introduce Black Hand, then an app may not be necessary - but I'd still recommend putting one up to be on the safe side.

It depends. How big of a character will he be? He'll be a reoccuring character in the Black Hand arc. basically the "archnemesis" of sorts

lol so in case you're thinking Alice is totally mad, I'm planning to RP her coming down to earth a bit once she gets more used to whats going on about her. At the moment she has a bad case of the jitters.

The LA thread is sort of her origin story, where she meets all the metas who know what they're doing.

Weaknesses: She has a bad left arm. When she was training with the Rough Riders, she had broke her arm and it didn't get to heal right. Hitting her in the arm will hurt her alot more and can leave her in pain for a while leaving her with the higher chance of being beaten.
Personality: Jade is wise and cunning. She will do whatever it takes to accomplish a goal. She is also very heartless, after being orphaned at a young age, she pushed anyone who tries to care for her away, if they aren't dead first.
Background: Jade's parent's were murdered when she was 2 by a group of trained assassins, called "The Rough Riders." They saw potential in the child and put her work. She went through vigorous training for months in a base in Europe. As she grew, her skills began to improve greatly. The Rough Riders also told her more about the group. Apparently, the Rough Riders had 0ver 30 bases in 24 countries on 6 continents. Jade kept training with the Rough Riders until she reached the age of 22, before she grew tired of them. She then turned on her masters, and killed them all. She then fled to the United States, and resides in Los Angeles. She knows that there is a Rough Riders base in the city but doesn't know where. Jade now keeps up as a jewel thief, going under the alias of "Emerald", after her name and the favorite jewels she likes to steal. She has had a few run ins with superheroes but normally manages as the one coming out alive.

Background:
Brandon Titan was born to a very wealthy and sofisticated home. in his youth he constantly accompanied his father, Damion Titan, to his research labs where he quickly became enthralled in the research of Nanotechnology. Though at the age of 6, brandon was accidently exposed to a large amount of chemicals and diffrent substances. brandon survived, but gained enourmous strength and dexterity for his age.

His father studied the mutation and conducted tests on brandon to see the mutation in his bloodstream, brandon then was exposed to the idea of manipulating genes and DNA of the human body to try to create artificial "super powers". when brandon's father died, Brandon encountered a material now knows as "Napulium" that gave people random superhuman abilities when injested. Brandon sought a way to make the supwerpowers exact,a nd through painful grueling surgery, he injected the large amounts of Napulium, the after effects left Brandon with Telekinesis. Brandon however sought to enhance his powers, and through Nanotechnology he found the answer. brandon then used his new found strength to carve himself a syndicate tha stretched from the western coast of the united states to the eastern coast, and used fear and bribery to keep his goons and men in line.

In present times, brandon has encountered a new menace, a person who has ben dismanteling his networks on the western coast through sheer brute force and intimidation. he calls himself "The Black hand" an hooded figure with no powers whatsoever. this confused brandon as to how someone with no strength could start dismanteling his criminal organization networks, but then he hatched a plan. he sent out small amounts of napulium to all of his officers and lieutenants. the amounts of the Napuliul weren't big enough to track, but small enough to give the consumer powers. now, brandons seeks to stop this "Black hand" and end him before he damages his plans any further
