As the biggest state in the Milky Way, I will ignore them. I won't recognize them.

Well, I'm probably the biggest state in the Milky Way now. I don't have annexat position, as that clcock thing really confused me, but I know for sure that I have the Sol System. And I must have a border with the Galactic Center.

I don't mind what you send around. Heh. Can send an Armada into an Acruani system if preferred. :3 Acruani will still react with standard protocol (and please, give me time to warn you to not go around scanning us between the moment you get into the system and the moment you start scans. :| We are really good at giving quick answers, most of the time.)

I'm not sure genoa might have you beat at this point but if where talking all around the keltakens have the most as far as multi galactic I'd say around 1.9 billion with the new additions

More like forcing off systems, but yesh. I'd imagine that. NOW! you must only find needles in haystacks. :| (If you oocly let me have a few around inside you. Heh. even in total I don't reach more than 300M worlds in that galaxy, so it really is a needle in a hay stack when considering the number of possible systems and how things are haphazardly/evenly spread around throughout it.)
