The U.R.E are actually a topic I've been thinking about several worlds around 500 or so can be used for...mock battle so to speak while the rest are divided into spheres of Keltaken, Karsopolis, S.E., and Audrina territories rhe 500 selected planets will be used to decided where battle will be fought and outcomes can be resolved without massive battles

Well, if the U.R.E. will collapse, lots of systems will probably try to join the S.C.

Sorry typo but no. People will have to die...unless...unless the S.C. would consider helping with the Keltaken mech program, we could give safety features of ejection and the winners of the battle will be given some so of prize think Zoids in a way

All these seem perfectly fine to me but I do have one request more, and that is to allow the Confederacy to take full control of Earth.

Nope. Nope. Nope. I am the good guy in this war. We started it to protect a civilization that was about to be destroyed by the Keltaken, I won't pay any fees. I won't halve my armed forces, because I am and I will be an intergalactic power. And I won't cede that many worlds, inhabited by humans. That would provoke a collapse of the Colonial Government and will affect the integrity of the Sovereign Colonies a lot.

Look at it this way it s basically relocation, for what world's your giving up your taking from the U.E.F

-Cession of Frontier worlds on the Milky Way to Keltaken in a Token amount, some place that the Keltaken could keep their ships on the Milky way to threaten Colonials (a few thousand worlds, very probably the least possible populated).
-Cession of a sizable number of Frontier worlds on the Milky Way to the Confederation as their objective was such. (2 million)
-Cession of a sizable number of the worlds on Andromeda to the Keltaken so they feel less 'threatened' by the aliens (humans) on their Galaxy (because they are winning, they can say that, even if it isn't true, just write differently on your own history books). (2 million)
These 2 million cessions not being trully that much to the whole. Having ~1.5 billion on the milky way, that wouldn't account for .1%. Having ~11 million on Andromeda (if I remember right) that would be a bit under 20%, totalling a little over that with the cession to the Acruani (which are still offering the individual planets the ability to join Acruan).
-Cession of all worlds the Acruani requested on Andromeda (which would still be less than what the Keltaken get, just about half a million though they are through out what would become Keltaken space and Colonial space).
-Recognition of Jurisdiction of Keltaken, Colonial and Confederation Sectors (All that empty space in between the systems you control. I don't add Acruani here because they don't have enough density to really have jurisdiction in between sectors, just a few AU around their own systems).
-Some fees paid to the Keltaken, Acruani and Confederation, nothing too high or crippling, but something that would worry them if it was higher
-Fees not paid around due to war-loses

I won't agree to that. From I see, the Confederates will destroy the planet, and punish it's inhabitants. Earth was the enemy of the Colonies was a really long time. I won't destroy it, but it won't have the same power and influence as before. And having Earth, the birth place of humanity will give me more reasons for my claim to be the main human nation.

Depends on if you know how to make which side work for you. If you get Antarctica the Confederacy gets whatever the other thing is agreed

In the conception of human, Earth and the Sol System are a sacred place. The birthplace of mankind. No aliens are allowed there. I would like to continue this policy, as most of the population in the Sol System will join the S.C.
This means that:
No aliens will be allowed in the Sol System. The only Confederates in the Western Terran Federation will be humans.
Unfortunately, the Keltakens won't have a base on Pluto. You can have it in the Kuiper belt, as long as you keep it small and silent.

As the nation that will have the most territory of the Sol System, the S.C. will have the right to punish any alien that will enter the Sol System.
