So, as (almost) everyone said yes, we'll have peace negotiations.

The peace negotiations will be organized and supervised by the neutral Sovereign Colonies.

The location will be chosen by everyone. These are the options:

One of the abandoned planets at the Keltaken-Colonisl periphery

If you want more drama and cab handle some radioactivity, the former Colonial Capital World of Nova Terra, that was nuked and abandoned in the Second Secession War.

Well, that isn't entirely in accordance with the history I've been working at, but I will probably have to work with it. Space probably still exists in the Milky Way because we haven't done the maps yet, but my Sovereign Colonies rule over almost the entire galaxy.

I have nothing against an alliance or a NAP but if you are in the Sagittarius arm you will be surrounded by Colonial territory. You don't have where to expand. It's your choice though.
