2) The US has no right to join these talks cause they are biased against us when we have done nothing to them. They will always try to bring China down so they can stay on top. If US becomes an observer, so does Russia and India

China does not give damn about international waters or the laws of the seas, or national sovereignty of nations acts in those waters.
First off, the South China Sea is a heavily used body of water used for trade etc, to nations in that area and to South Asia coming from the East. China claims basically almost all of the South China Sea, overlapping the national waters put out by the UN. I think the US have the right to be pissed at China for not respecting these rights. Also, the Indian Navy once, was in Vietnamese water was told by an unknown Chinese vessel to get out of Chinese Sovereign Water..

Sure, and as of irl..
Are you telling me the Chinese navy isn't flexing it muscles, worrying the US and other regional countries?
Send the Liaoning along with many other surface vessels and aircrafts into the South China Sea for "drills" right by Vietnamese and Philippines sovereign waters and disputed areas?
