I don't know if you guys would use the term "terrorists" and I'm pretty sure if the lights went out for 5 seconds you'd either think nothing of it or just figure it to be a weird power issue since everything is so new.

Maybe hire an IT guy but to immediately jump to hunting someone down kinda feels like meta gaming.

It's not meta-gaming, if all of the power had gone out, Andrews wouldn't have suspected much. However, only the lights went out, and for five seconds. Besides, he did say 'whatever' as a possibility, implying he conceded it could be a bird or something. And look at the other post I made a while ago regarding it. Andrews is paranoid about his new nation, anyways.

Sorry, your character can't be a senator, as we've already deliberated how many seats each party has at the beginning of the RP. You can, however, run for senator during the next elections. Also, I don't believe the nation of Columbia has the position of viceroy. Other than that, the app is fine.

As a rule Budgets are made at the beginning of the year. The Year is almost over and elections will be very soon as such the budget will be next years problem.

Elections aren't yearly, it's July, and that rule doesn't exist in Columbia, at least not yet.

A budget is set annually not every election cycle because revenue fluctuates from year to year.
