Keep in mind we are a new nation without a clear future, and we are quite isolated as such any jump in population would need to be within reason. I say around ~1000 or so would be acceptable if we are jumping a month. Also when are the new elections coming I must ask, I remember you said 5 months so is that still correct?

Actually, I didn't factor in the constitution. Elections are one OOC week and six days from now, unless something were to happen that would prompt them to occur sooner (HINT HINT).

As usual I would assume that is not a democratically elected office, at best you can hope to be elected president(commander in chief) or to be appointed by the president to the position of Secretary of Defense.

Next president please appoint me Leader of Armed Forces.

Just looking, they already control 50% of the human controlled Senate. So unless the rest of the senate gets factored in, they pretty much win as is. The best I can do is hope for a tie at this point and I don't know if any of the others are going to be getting around to the vote.

The number of OOC senators we have doesn't matter, it's about how many senate seats we have. We don't have enough to actually control the senate.

What I'm talking about is if it's just done in a flat human player vote to decide the elections, you'll just win it there.

Some may lump us into the Right-Wing camp, though in practice we are Radical centrist in terms of economics mind you. The establishment of a single payer healthcare system as the first step towards the creation of a universal healthcare system is at the corner of are policy. For the time being as the Healthcare industry continues to grow we want to keep it private to encourage said growth. We simply want to make it so that all citizens are covered and will be entitled to free and good quality healthcare and freedom from the fear of the ravages of both injury, disability, and time.

Well, I wouldn't mind private institutions providing the service. Just that the government will cover the expenses, through taxes, and that the poor, disabled, and disadvantaged get equal treatment

I'm sure they'd rather pay for a operation than high taxes yearly.

Right, so they would thousands if not hundreds of thousands for surgery. Where I'm from, people who make less than $200,000 a year only pay 1% of that to enjoy free healthcare

Well we could actually get started on legislation if you voted, your vote may be the deciding vote if you choose the right option.
