Terrelis, it's 2016, not 2015. Also, you have to put {{ }} around text to make it blue. You should probably just remake the tweet. I can make it for you, if you want, since I'm on a computer. Just tell me what picture to use.

Chief Warrant Officer 5. W-5. I have no regard for the official rank system and I just use the U.S. Military ranking system which we should have done in the first place which it's an established ranking system that is more than effective.
