Convincing will either be done because of active or possible conflict orchestrated by Black Phoenix. Once sufficient nuclear weapons were built, Michael obtains nuclear launch codes and strikes against either America or Pakistan, engaging nuclear war. Thus destroying the old order, and allowing the remaining Black Phoenix members to bring about the new utopia with the remaining survivors.

Also, the Imperialist Party has a major goal of a balanced budget, something that I didn't see in any other parties. Also, urban development is not a very important job, the worst thing that they could do is build a bunch of skyscrapers in the shape of a crown or something.

Liberty is extreme left and they control education, our youth are the future of our nation. The worst the aristocrats can do is not crown shaped sky scrapers, the worst they can do is take money away from building infrastructure for the low and middle class and put it towards developing the upper class neighborhoods.
