Just got to the part where someone decided to challenge the Lt, and he just lifted her up and snapped her neck with telekinesis. Also he who shall not be named who is the purest form of insanity just kicked in the door singing bah bah black sheep, and seems to be having hallucination. I can only hope we get into half as much shenanigans.

Ah, I miss Raven. There was that time you mentioned, absolutely. There was also the time that she flung herself solo at a far more powerful angel host with no chance of success, simply because she got there first. I had a lot of fun trashing on that character in the OOC.

Hm. I think Arthur's secondary stat should probably be SPD even if he doesn't have a lot of it right now. He'll need it to jump to wherever he's needed in a timely manner.

Neros and Rob will tell you how much I abused the hell out of Super Speed. I balanced the first Speed Demon by him saying basically that he outright refuses to kill. However, he was a hell of a lot more powerful than this one will be.

This Speed Demon (Pun will never get old) will be far far more brutal than previous versions.

Clearly you didn't read my first post. Vic can form a shield out of the chains. But, if the explosive is like, RPG powerful, then yeah, it'll hurt a lot. But something like a grenade launcher is nuthin

My plan is to primarily increase speed and combat technique, with durability as a secondary concern (got to withstand the effects of his own gravity power somehow right). Strength would be nice, but isn't a priority at this point so yeah, plan for Jacob to just learn how to use his power effectively and have it compensate for strength (solid end of a kusarigama suddenly increasing in weight should do the job of high strength). Jacob doesn't need too much intelligence, he's the kind of guy that lives by what he feels is right, and learns as he goes.

The idea is that he has a wall of chains/metal to block the blast while detonating the explosive on the other side of the blast. However, that would likely result in the liquid metal and chains being blown back and hitting Damien in the face if it's strong enough.

Unrelated: I just got the hilarious image of Damien fighting Jackie with the infinite chain shield, then Jackie just walks through the shield via smoke and slaps him before leaving the fight anticlimactically. I know a fight would be more complicated and likely have counters, but that mental image amused me too much not to share.

Think of it as multiple layers of chains that block stuff semiautonomously, similar, and excuse the reference to this, Garaa from naruto. If it's just chain manipulation I can't see it being too op.

Like I said before, I'm only going to sparingly put points in durability and strength, and pool most of my points into Combat Skill and Intelligence. He's mostly going to rely on his Ultimate defense via chains, and later, via liquified metal. This also acts as somewhat of an offense, but he excels at tiring out an enemy, and then taking them down with his metal manipulation. However, when fighting someone who is really really really fast, issues can arise, as he may not have time to lift his defences.

I totally wasn't inspired of this by binge watching Naruto. But yeah, he doesn't control the chains, Vic does.

Gaara's who Rob was inspired by. I don't watch Naruto but I know enough to recognize it. (Also Rob even stated the comparison)

But the chain power isn't actually his specific ability. His power is electromagnetic manipulation, so he has multiple things going on. At the moment Vic and Damien don't work together and merge, but it could potentially become problematic in the future. But, I ain't a co-OP, so my notes are just notes. Now, back to finishing up my post...
