Then, later on, Ka-sur could do something world threatening and the GF joins forces with CG. I could see the Croead arguing over who's in charge when the two groups meet.

Is the true identity public knowledge or private? Eh... the super identity are rumors of Shadow Rouge - they coined the term itself. The real identity is the multimillionaire Isaac Asimov, who develops over-the-top military weaponry.

• Shadow: Using optical camouflage, Shadow is invisible but this cannot be used on combat. Even so, is invisible for an hour. Recharge two hours.
• Hacking: Built in on the bracer part of the hand is a interface where his abilities and status is. He can hack into any place.
• Grapple: Can grapple on to buildings
• Blackout: Name says it all. On 10 mi radius, the area is on a blackout for 30 minutes.
• Syth: Electronic bugs which can hack, or record its surroundings. It's tiny size makes it stealthy.

Power Origin Type: Technical - although has training from the army and black belt in Karate.
Motivation: Shadow Rouge wants anarchy.

His childhood in the Soviet Union was terrible enough as is - and it never improved in the US till he began a business. He wanted to seek revenge and destroy the USSR - but after it collapsed by 1991, he decided to interfere on the criminal underworld. Revenge - was now gone. He carried out assassinations: just anything to pull the world to anarchy.

Background: Born in the Soviet Union, his parents were killed when he was 15. His life was mostly spend on the farm, and his mother (Who used to be a teacher) taught him and his father would do the chores with him. He loved both dearly - till they were executed by drunk Soviet officers. When he was 17, he escaped to the US - but was mostly sleeping in the streets. He was seeking revenge. He met Henry Adams - who gave him a job at Adams Defense. Dmitry was content - for now. One dinner, Adams said the Soviet Union might be correct after all. But Dmitry, in anger, killed Adams, his best friend.

He inherited Adams Defense as stated in Adams's will. The company was renamed Asimov Defense. However, Dmitry - being about 19 at that time, left most of the work to the executives. He visited the USSR in hopes of assassinating. His first mission, given by the CIA failed. Specifically, he found [i]super soldier plans and instead of the assassination, escaped with the plans. He began a new era for Asimov Defense - with the new weaponry. Slowly, he edited the plans for a stealth design - and began his plan of revenge.

And it's my birthday.
