The next IC won't be for awhile. If you are a hero you can stop some minor crime, if you are a villain you can commit some minor crime.

Motivation: Feeling wronged by God and all of Humanity for the destruction of his career due to his grants being withdrawn along with his lab being destroyed by a spontaneous fire, he seeks to use what he has learned to destroy the world as he has nothing else left to live for.
Crazy:Performs villainous deeds for some irrational (and probably secret) reason.
Revenge: The villain feels wronged and seeks revenge though illegal means. This situation can be developed though the IC, or written into the villain's background.
World Conquest: A simple understandable goal that usually involves threatening entire cities, or seeking to become so powerful that none can oppose.
World Destruction: A slightly more complex objective. Perhaps they feel all hope is lost, or their plans of conquest have gone awry, and thus if they can't have the world, no one can.

Well, the best summary IC can give is that Scott Industries was attacked and the attack was held off mostly by a researcher who almost died if not for a hero that finally arrived to save her. Right now that hero is in the hospital lobby with a friend while the researcher is in the ER
