Am I missing anything?

Powers:
Power Origin Type: Mutant: Born with their unique power set. Few things can disempower a mutant.
Personality: Sharp and quick-witted, Victor Vaughn is a simple young man with big ideas and noble ambitions. Kind and friendly to everyone he meets, his surface personality shields others from his true self: A depressed, dissociative personality that retreats at the first signs of stress and trouble. Everyone else knows him as that guy who everyone wants to be, he's funny, handsome, and athletic, but to himself, he's a failure and won't amount to anything worthwhile, so he dons a heroic mask to try and prove to himself that he means more to the world than what he imagines.
Background:Raised by a single mother, Victor Vaughn didn't know his biological father until he was seven years old - he showed up for the boy's birthday just that once, and Vic never saw him again. He grew up in Detroit, impoverished, at times without electricity, running water, and the like, he found his escape in wild fantasies and books. He was gifted, no doubt, but the odds were stacked against him to rise out of the slums. At the onset of puberty, his powers developed and began to manifest, and he concealed them to his best ability.
Over time though, he had to tell his mother the situation, and she revealed that Victor's father was a mutant. When press for more details, all she could say was that he was constantly on the run and thus, implied to be a criminal of somesort. That hardly phased Victor, though, as he didn't care too much for his dead-beat dad. Instead, it inspired him to be better than his biological father, to learn more and do good things, to be a great person and friends with everyone. He excelled in school and began to learn about his powers more in depth, becoming a recognized teen genius in physics.
At the same time though, amounting social pressure began to chip away at Pulsar's mental state. He began to develop a pessimistic view on not just the world, but himself in particular. He felt like he wasn't living up to the goals he set for himself, and lived with a constant fear of turning out just like his dad. He kept these feelings bottled away, but over time, they came to occupy his entire thought-process, to the point of suicidal thoughts and actions. His role as a hero became darker, where he put himself in situations that could lead to injury or his demise. He stayed within the law though, to keep up his facade of a do-gooder as he secretly wished for death.

Super Identity: Quicksilver, AKA the Silver Queen
Real Identity: Unknown
Is the true identity public knowledge or private? Private
Age: 19
Gender: Female
Appearance: http://www.maskawaih.com/v3/wp-content/ ... ouhou2.jpg
Group Affiliation: Currently working for whomever. A freelance Butler/Assassin/Bodyguard
Powers: Superhuman Speed
Metaleokenisis: She can't manipulate a lot of metal, but she can manipulate it to a degree which is almost unparalleled. To the point where she can manipulate atoms of iron in peoples blood or turn metal into a liquid.
Metal Physiology: The Silver Queen body is made of a durable metal, which she can also manipulate at will, but is immune to the manipulation of other Metal manipulators or metaleokenetics. She can absorb more metal into her body, but this is a length process, though it does heal wounds.
Enhanced speed and reflexes.
One Woman (man) Army: http://powerlisting.wikia.com/wiki/One-Man_Army
Supernatural Combat (With Knives, blades and any cutting weapon)
Power Origin Type:
Mutant: Born with their unique power set. Few things can disempower a mutant.
Motivation: One to three sentences to explain motivation, below are some suggestions:
Crazy:Performs villainous deeds for some irrational (and probably secret) reason.
Battle of Wits: The villain commits crimes seeking the thrill of matching wits with superheroes. This villain is the kind to employ some of the most elaborate deathtraps.
Having Fun: The villain just plain enjoys breaking things, stealing, and beating up our heroes. He's not crazy, he just wants to have fun!
Really, the Silver Queen is sane enough to have goals and crazy enough for them to be completely insane, yet still sane enough to wish to fulfil them. Right now however she has little other motivation than making a quick buck or two off her talent for violence.
Personality: Psychotic, Murderous and sadistic, Quicksilver has a predatory demeanour and a lust for blood. She enjoys combat immensely, often revealing in killing and fighting. She’s intelligent and cunning, and can seem surprisingly sane at times, while at others she seems like a complete lunatic.
Background: A mutant who had obviously suffered many a hard knock in life, almost everything about her is unknown. Though despite this one who knows her can guess that she had suffered through much a trauma to get to the mental state she is in now.

Powers:
(1.)Biological armour:Unlike Johns armor which is more muscly and intended to provide him with more strength, Jane's armor is hard but still biologically flexible and can take more powerful hits from opponents and weapons.
(2.)Suppressed Aging:She has not aged since contracting the virus, as it has used its regenerative ability's to reproduce what cells she has lost during her aging. But as was already stated she suffers a slow but agonizing death with the virus robbing her of life each time it activates.
(3.)Durability:She is invulnerable to minor injuries like cuts, gunshot wounds, and superpowered punches. These are not normally capable of activating the semi-dormant virus inside of him unless the damage is life threatening.
(4.)Regenerative healing factor: Heals at an incredible rate and also resistant to toxins, chemical weapons and disease. This is achieved by blistering that contains concentrated Deathspore virus that literally consumes the afflicting forieng virus, wound, or chemical, but as a result releases small amounts of significantly weakened deathspore clouds from his body. The virus naturally will quickly heal these blisters as they release their virus.
(5.)Tentacles:Having four Tentacles emerging from her spinal cord allows her to contort and manipulate them with precision on par with human fingers and their extendable length enables her to climb and swing or grab items at will. They can also exert a acidic chemical slime that can be flung or applied directly to an object.
(6.)Death spawn creation:Having had no qualms about utilizing the virus for her own benefits and having been injected with the supposed 'cure' a few moments later than John was, she has the ability to control the virus to a degree unmatched. She can infect the dead with the virus and use them as a sort of 'zombie' for a time before the dead cells can provide no more nutrients to the deathspawn and the abomination collapses as nothing more than a harmless pile of dead virus cells.
(7.)Death Spore Release:she can temporarily release the virus from her body over short distances. Depending on the intensity, she can cause her victims to weaken, feel pain, or even die. When she dies however, the Death Spore Virus will be automatically released and "take revenge on [her] killers, and everybody else.". The Death Spore virus will allegedly be set free from her body and risk infecting the entire Earth.
Power Origin Type:Altered Being: Was normal for their kind till contact with a mystic, chemical, genetic, or cosmic force granted them their power set.
Motivation:Revenge: The villain feels wronged and seeks revenge though illegal means. This situation can be developed though the IC, or written into the villain's background.
Personality:At one time she been nice and somewhat naive, but after the experimentation performed on her by the scientist in an effort to inoculate and cure the Deathspore virus she became a completely different person. Now she is cruel and manipulative to all of those who oppose her in her quest for revenge aginst the world that she had tried to help and as a result became a mutant freak.Manipulating the situations to her advantage and acting with an uncaring attitude towards anyone who is not part of her plans, and downright cruel to those who actively oppose her.
Background:Having been in the same program as the man known as John Holmesburg, she was one of the many other participants who volunteered to be experimented on in return for a reduced sentencing time in prison which she was in for as an accomplice to her former boyfriends killing of a man in which she had been harboring him afterwards. She took the offer to participate in the program as opportunity to get out of prison the moment it was presented to her, a descision she would later regret.
Once in the program she and another test subject (John) excelled in the trials for the new cure for the Deathspore virus, and in hopes of discovering why the two were adapting to the injections so well the scientist moved them onto the next phase of the trials. This new set of trials and the redesigned cures given to all the patients based on Jane's adapted DNA eventually caused the disaster that turned all the patients into Deathspawn and mutated her and John into the beings they are today.
While initially frightened and angry after escaping the labs, she soon came to the realization that what had happened to her was no nightmare and that she was now a freak in the world. This would drive her to grow resentful for what had happened to her and made her hate the people who made her like she was and despise everyone else in the world for needing the cure.
She now hopes only to cause chaos and anarchy, bringing down the system that had made her an outsider and now hunted her as a monster.Thankfully for her the goverment mistakes John as a product of the program just as much as she is, resulting in the both of them being alienated from society.
