Righto, post up with the Guardian Force having arrived at Fringeworks. The Napulium is kept on the 2nd basement level underground in a large, sealed room with the stereotypical 'bank vault' ludicrously thick door to prevent any would-be thieves. There'd also be a number of armed security officers stationed around the entrance. If anyone feels like they want to post arriving at the vault, feel free to use that description and a healthy dose of creative licence.

Brief History: After the first Lucifer was kicked from Heaven he formed into the being known as Satan, Satan then formed the Knights of Hell to fight ArchAngels and Saints who dare venture out of Heaven. They have been in operation since shortly after Hell's creation and have taken the beings of any who venture out of the lofty host of Heaven without their wits about them. One being did escape their grasp and they have still not found him. Recently the Knights have begun seeking out skilled magicians and other learned men to aid them in breaking the seal on Hell's Portal.

Yeah... this app is pretty terrible. Once I am done with it though we can use these guys in some small side plots to fill time later on. Just felt we need an evil group that expanded the universe since we agreed to use the different pantheons as E.T.s and Heaven and Hell as new dimensions. Maybe we can use this bunch as a gateway a couple months from now when we finish up Pandora?

Mission: To raise awareness of other worldly beings, while promoting good will and peaceful relations with humans and non-human sentient life forms. To have a safe place for "unusuals" -- both other worldly and mutant alike. Also acts as the first line of defence from galactic, supernatural and inter-dimensional threats.

Brief History: LOSS was formed by Logica Farsight after her arrival on Earth's moon, and subsequent visit to the USA. After being tracked and pursued by the government (still is to some degree), she established LOSS alongside another alien in order to give other extraterrestrials, supernatural/other worldly beings and even some mutants a place they can call home, and an advocate, a voice to raise awareness of their issues and their causes.

I would completely scrap the agency idea. It's just an unnecessary neutral peripheral faction when the story is about a hero and a villain factions with those caught in between. What else are you going to do but "sit and watch"? Better to be more involved.

Well, the whole point is that they're basically a form of police force to keep heroes and villains alike from causing trouble.

They don't just sit and watch, they actively make moves to protect the world. Plus, they sort of are 'caught inbetween', in a way.

Plus, I quite like the Agency idea.

Well you're kind of sitting around with no idea about what to do. It seems rather too irrelevant and off tangent to the main plot IMO which may be why you're having difficulty integrating the agency into the story. Plus, the heroes have already formed their own legal, legitimate and official agency that follows all the steps of criminal procedure. You've created a redundancy for the RP.
