Considering the situation Germany will stand by the decision of its ally the United Kingdom on the matter. Mostly because most of our attention is on war with France, Russia, and Austria.

It would also depend on how much focus Russia would have on an Eastern front. Korea would hold naval dominance in the East, but any holdings or progress that Korea makes into Russia would be halted and even pushed back if Russia ever came in full force. I can deploy 200,000 men into Russia initially, but probably more after a draft and war-time recruitment
