3: Mogadishu
or 4: Walvis Bay
or all of them? I haven't much else to do but go on a colonization spree.

A: I don't own Riga, give that to Poland-Lithuania,
and B: add Timor to my holdings.

Yes, though with the Germanization process underway now for ten years, quite a lot of native Indians will have been removed from German South-West India whilst German colonists from Germany will have repopulated the area. You may find it difficult to find a very large group.

Damn a whole post gone! I was about to post it but left the room and while I was gone, my computer restarted to do some updates and now it is gone!
