Welcome to the Punk Roleplay!

Edit:So, so, sorry I put this on International Incidents. I meant for it to be on the multiverse forum.
Re-edit: Moved it, as you can see. Didn't feel like deleting above edit.
This is an extreme alternate history RP in which you lead a country in one of the following categories:
-Clockworkpunk- Tech is based on gears and clockwork, little other power sources (generally 1500's-1700's)
-Steampunk- Tech is based on steam, with clockwork elements. Most commonly used in pop culture. (generally 1700's-very early 1900's)
-Dieselpunk- Picks up where steampunk leaves off (generally 1900's-1950's)
-Atomicpunk- Again, picks up where dieselpunk leaves off (generally 1940's-1990's)
-Cyberpunk- Another commonly used one, this is based on futuristic or semi-futuristic technology (generally late 2010's and onward)
-Transfusion- A mix of multiple ones

This roleplay has a pretty complex world, in which there are several sub-worlds.
-Punk Earth- An Earth riddled with Alternate History, but with the same geography (except that it's hollow)
-Central Earth- The inside of the hollow Earth, on the curved inside surface. Different geography, so obviously different history. Some parts even have floating islands.
-Flat Earth- The flat Earth (a large disc) at the center of the hollow space within the Central Earth, same geography as the normal Earth (except for being flat), but Alternate history (I know this isn't physically possible, but neither is time traveling using steam technology. So...)
-Frozen Earth- On the underside of the flat Earth, shrouded by the waterfalls from the flat Earth. Totally covered in ice.
-Deadworld- A near-lifeless world floating on the edge of the Punk Earth's atmosphere.

I'll post rules and apps later, just post if you're interested.

LANDS OF THE WORLDS
These are lands you can place you country in. I decided it needed explanation, since I was really vague with the descriptions earlier.
Punk Earth: Exactly the same as our Earth
Central Earth:
- Airia- A medium-sized island, about the size of India
- Tenaria- Another island, about the size of Texas
- Gearia- An artificial island created by unknown predecessors to the Central Earth who have died out; in the shape of a gear and about the size of Montana
- Tenalatia- An Archipelago about the size of Japan
- Sky Archipelago- Hundreds of floating islands across the skies of the NW Hemisphere
- Auroraia- A continent the size of Africa
Flat Earth: Exactly the same as our Earth, but flat
Frozen Earth:
- Snow Plains- A huge plain of snow with the same land area as Australia
- The Great Glaciers- A huge system of glaciers in the NE Hemisphere; about as large as Greenland
- The Frozen Seas- A huge mega-sea that has been frozen for Eons; has the same surface area as the Pacific and Indian oceans combined
- The Mountain Barrier- A ring of huge mountains near the Edge.
- The Veil- A screen of water falling 'upwards' from the Flat Earth on the other side
- The Great Tundra- An expanse of tundra near the equator
Deadworld:
- The Great Mountains- A bunch of mountains near the Edge.
- The Caves- A system of caves and caverns throughout the Great Mountains
- The Acid Lakes- Several small to moderately-sized lakes filled with acid and ringed by sulfur geysers
- The Badlands- A mostly lifeless plain near the center.
