I've only glanced at Combat Engineer for now (gee, I wonder why I chose to look at that first). Firstly, it looks totally awesome. If we decide to err on the side of awesome, then it's great and we should keep it. If we decide to err on the side of realisim, however, I have a few problems:
- He's not wearing a backpack or anything more than a small belt for carrying tools, explosives, and such, all of which I will probably have a lot of.
- He's got some big neck armour ring thing that looks heavy. My guy isn't specialised for front lines, he modifies the battlefield behind the scenes, so he'd probably trade heavy armour for carrying more gear.
- I could make some complaint about that helmet and depth perception, but it just looks too awesome for me to criticize it.
