Hello Applicant. I have some sorrow news for you. January 1st, 2020, First Contact was achieved to the south of the Red Square in Moscow. Officials are proclaiming that it was a rare meteorite, but this is far from the case. Inside were an assortment of lifeforms unlike what we've ever seen before. Local security forces engaged, but were dealt with swiftly. The first day of 2020 should go down in infamy as the day of First Contact, but hopefully the populace won't find out.

ATHENA had been preparing for this for quite some time, albeit at a lower state of readiness. Our team went in, removed the threat, but were severely injured. Now we need fresh blood. That's where you come in. Here at Athena, we will prepare you to take on this extraterrestrial threat. It will not be easy. They are vicious and from our comms, packed to the teeth with weaponry that we've never seen before. We'd like to take some of it back here for Research and Development, but don't let that stop you from beating in their face with your rifle like you would a baseball.

We are currently underneath Oosterscheldekering, our base of operations here in the Netherlands. Those of us who're not from around here refer to it as Ooster, or more commonly, Home. We have more then enough facilities for whatever you need to stay fit and in the fight.

So why are we talking to you? One of our Scouters have seen potential in you. Not only for you as you are today, but for the you of the future. We believe that you might just be instrumental in not only fighting these Extraterrestrials, but saving our Planet. The funniest thing about ARES is that they're only white, only male, only fully american, and only want to be noticed by the aliens. That and they want the aliens to be Earth's Overlords.

Tired of the ever-corrupt governments of their nations, these citizens joined together to form one of the largest militias in recent history. Hailing from humble farmers until even high ranking businessmen, they are armed with whatever they capture, and will fight to the death for what they believe in.

They aren't as well trained as your average military personnel, but it's a common motto that experience is the best teacher. It doesn't matter where you come from, or what background you have; these people just need more guns firing. With recent rumors coming from ex-governmental members about aliens, the leaders of the movement were interested and also worried about another possible oppressor intruding onto their lives.

Info: The SCK was formed before Moscow, and it's primary function is containment. Much like ATHENA, though it's sole recruitment pool is the Czech 601st SKSS, the same regiment from which an ATHENA operator was recruited. The SCK was originally a center for alien disease control, and as such was a low budget concern. However, in the aftermath of First Contact, it's role has changed. It is now a combat/intelligence group focused in the Central European area. Though many of the threats that it responds to are not inside the CR's borders, if there's a remote chance of the homeland being threatened, the SCK is assuredly there. Currently, based on declassified regimental reports from the 601st, the SCK has about seventy operators, divided into seven teams. We've codenamed each team with a day of the week. We know that they have had multiple skirmishes with Razor Wire infiltrators, and have yet to engage an alien force.

Info:Formed in early 2016 to combat rising threats by ISIS in NATO countries, they are a collection of operatives from various NATO tier one teams, as well as counter-terrorist groups, due to this they are equipped with top of the line equipment. Their purpose is to stop any insurgent threats in any NATO country, as such they will respond to any human based threats in those countries, hopefully leaving us room to breathe in regards to the Extra-Terrestrial threat.

Oosterscheldekering Base [Ooster]:

The dam itself runs for roughly 9km. The island at the center, Neeltje Jans, is 2.9km^2 in size and is a full landmass. There's a lot of tunnels and such underground already (although these are all off-limits). Same goes for the dam itself - each pillar is connected with concrete and steel bridges several meters under the road - some of these are pretty much entire rooms in their own right.

There's an office on the island for controlling the dam, although it's largely empty (and could perhaps be used?). The destruction of the dam wouldn't have any direct influence - only during particularly heavy storms (which are exceedingly rare) there would be a higher risk of flooding. Likewise, the central island itself is unpopulated and the closest homes are roughly 5km away in each direction. The road on top of the dam is public, but could easily be closed down for maintenance of either the road or the dam (which does happen every now and then).

Ooster acts as our home base, and as stated previously, it has ample facilities. On the little island, of which we refer to as Ooster Minor, we have a small rest and relaxation center, that is three stories tall, has a pool, and an assortment of way for one to unwind.

On the surface of main island, also known as Ooster Major, there is an outdoor range and an assortment of docks and helipads, as well as an outdoor fitness center so that people can keep their health up. Below, well, that's where the magic happens.

Level One

"We have an armory with an indoor range right next to it so you can practice your skills on a rainy day in comfort, with a gunsmith section inside of their area. The woodshop if also in that area, but it's more of a hobby that the chief engineer has that is being enjoyed by the masses. There's also an ops room to plan the missions and a supply room to suit up in before a job. Then there's a vast R&D department right across the hall from the science wing, much to their dismay. The medbay is next to them, and they would like to be moved. Command is having too much fun by listening to the bitching, so chances are they won't get their dream. There is a ready room as well, so there's constantly a team ready to go on a mission. This level also houses the main control room and the special operations wing."

"Below those is the main interior recreation room, what with a cafeteria, an assortment of different bars, and a small mall of sorts, which has all kinds of things. If you'd like something from the outside world, you can order it here. There is a musical area, and an interior gym. There is also a chapel for those religiously inclined."

"Even further below, are the barracks. There are five of them, and they are co-ed. Athena expects everyone to be professional, so everyone is treated the same. There are bathrooms en masse, and then there's also the officer's quarters. In the normal barracks, there is a limit of 20 people per room, but in the officer's chambers there is a limit of 4, but still co-ed. "

A pair of ATHENA Soldiers in Russia; At first contact. For interchangeability between weapons reasons, the Vector has been since removed from the roster. These two soldiers fought bravely; do pay them a visit in the sick bay.

During operations, you will be carrying an assortment of equipment such as, but not limited too:

Lockheed Martin XF-44
The Lockheed Martin XF-44 ''Manta" is the latest in a long-line of advanced combat aircraft to emerge from the secretive Skunk Works division. Developed at Groom Lake, Edwards AFB, and Dugway Proving Ground, the XF-44 has proven itself as a worthy opponent for Grey combat craft, matching them tit-for-tat in maneuverability and speed within the atmosphere, only slightly inferior in weapons systems. It was the craft to first engage the extraterrestrial threat, and caused it to crash into the ground.

VF-1 Valkyrie-Alpha Variant:
The Veritech Industries's VF-1 ''Valkyrie" is the latest attempt by the British Arms Manufacturing company to develop a Fighter Jet that can reduce enemies to rubble and ashes. Only a few organizations and people know of it's existence, and those that do are the SpecOps organizations used by organizations such as NATO and the UN. Armed with an under-nose triple-barrel 25mm Cannon equipped with HEAT rounds and 12 SRHEMs (Short Range High Explosive Missiles), the Anti-Ground capabilities of the Valkyrie is staggering. However, it can be useful in a pinch for when an enemy plane decides to get followed by you. Currently, the first prototype build is being built in Project: ATHENA's hangar.

Another present from the Americans, the V-44 ''Raven'' is a large transport that ferries us too and fro operational locations. It can also carry a pair of M-ATVS for transport. Hell, there's little that this mammoth of an aircraft can't carry. We've only got a couple though, so do be careful.

Oshkosh M-ATV
Seating four people and a gunner, the M-ATV is the best thing we have for moving round on the surface. Sometimes the transports can't get close enough to the LZ. Whenever that happens, out come the M-ATV's, and with their mine-resistant armour and armoured up walls, these beasts roll forward into the unknown. Some say man's best friend is his dog. Here, it's none other then the lovable M-ATV. One thing to note: ATHENA personnel are encouraged to spend some of their spare time improving the M-ATVs for the betterment of the rest of the team.

V-38 Hooligan Close Support Gunship [CSG]
In light of Operation Red Alert, we have found that close air support for our soldiers would be invaluable. This close support craft can transport two soldiers into combat with their full combat gear. It is drone operated, so our pilots can stay back at base. He believe that our communications network is impeccable, so it should be impossible for the OPFOR to take control of them. It's arsenal is completely modular, so whatever the mission needs, the mission will get.

2013-2016) Resentment grows among supporters of the party as the military government prevents them from participating in the political process. International rights groups object, but the new government firmly supports US, British, French, and Israeli interests, so none of them intervene.
2017) Deprived of a political way to express their opinions, the more extreme elements of the group resort to attacks on government facilities to express their opinions.
November 2017) The group makes the mistake of attacking the Suez Canal. Four members manage to board a French cargo ship. They take the crew hostage, and insist that they will kill their hostages unless the government allows their group to be politically represented, and they plant bombs in the ship's hold. The GIGN retrieves the hostages, and escapes the ship before the terrorists sink it.
December 2017) The US, UK, and France respond by tripling the size of the MFO, but ignore the underlying tensions causing the group's attacks. The group sees the four attackers as martyrs, and greatly increase their attacks as a result, especially against the Suez.
January 2018) The US, UK, and France declare that Egypt is incapable of adequately providing protection for the canal. They launch Operation Liberty's Rain, where they are given the freedom by Egypt's government to hunt down and eliminate "Threats to the vital global asset that is the Suez Canal".
February 2018) A major revolution begins among former supporters of the Muslim brotherhood, and others who believe that foreign nations ham handedly inflicting their will on Egypt has led to all the nation's trouble for the past half-century.

Lets break this down:

I'd prefer nobody above this for this class group to be higher then that. If you want something higher, go officer, and then add medic in the class part

Ex: Lieutenant/Medic

Then you can have both.

The RP is supposed to be for dudes to shoot alien dudes, and NPCs like that were gonna be, well, NPCs, but if you can impress me I'll make an exception.
