Character Story: As a kid Zedekiah always wanted to be a pianist, he still does, but he realizes that dream is quickly fading away. While his parents fully supported his pursuits in music and art, they saw it more as a hobby. He still keeps to them till this day, whenever he gets the chance he plays the piano or cello. But if there is no one for him to interact with and no instruments to play he can often be found drawing or writing in as peaceful a place he can find.

Zedekiah is not the kind of person who strives to be the best, rather he just seeks to be good enough where he is adequate but not noticed.

Zedekiah has an unhealthy obsession with making others happy whenever he can. He will try to brighten peoples day if they seem down and has an inability to say no to people.

Personality: Zedekiah is a seemingly cheerful kid who always has a smile on his face. He aims to please others and help others out in nay way he can. However, it is all a desperate attempt to make friends which he was never great at before coming to this school. Whenever, there isn't someone else who is alone or someone for him to cheer up he is fairly reclusive. He feel uncomfortable in large groups, preferring intimate conversations between two or three individuals. He is extremely trusting and open about everything in his life and finally he often overthinks and reads into things a bit too much.

Moral Alignment: Neutral Good...though he leans towards Chaotic Good based upon more intimate things between individuals and towards Lawful Good for things on a grand scale or more official.

Bio: Zedekiah was born to two deeply religious, retired military veterans in the midwest of the USA. He grew up fairly well off, his parents always pushed for him to be the best he could be which usually fell just a hair past average when he was lucky. They pushed him into playing music, trying art and literature which he grew to love. But all of this was merely devised to help build a strong work ethic for the military which his family expected to join. Every generation there was a McMurry in the military and this would be no exception. And unfortunately Zedekiah was the only McMurry of this generation. He didn't like the idea of joining any sort of military, not because he opposed fight, but he just wanted to try other things. But he didn't have the heart to let his parents down and followed their wishes. While he practiced musical instruments during the schoolyear he often found himself going to military prep camps over the summer, one of the few things in life he grew to despise. He never could get along with people at these sort of camps and he always felt the military atmosphere rubbed off on him as he would never be able to get along with his classmates after he returned from those summers.

Luckily, for his parents, they had a few friends that were able to pull a few strings to help Zedekiah qualify for S.T.A.G. though it was far from a guarantee. But he got in and was following the track of an airman no less. Far from his true aspirations in life, of all the choices available for him at the school, it was by far the best. Being able to fly was almost magical to him and he would have to milk it for all it was worth if he was to keep his mental sanity in this school. Furthermore, as he begins his career at school, he plans to use it as a fresh start to try to change his personality and be able to get along with others.

Yeah, I have the same problem, so most of my characters are nice on some level. Though yes, playing mean people can be entertaining, it is just hard for me to also make them entertaining characters in general.
