I do not, though I have influence over them. The one nation I would never let you join you is Cuba. And I'd like the Panama and Nicaragua Canals if you do take them, or at least unrestricted access to them

Central America is in my plans. I can have a trading deal with you once I have nations until Mexico. However, Cuba would probably join me without a fight.

History: The three largest Northeastern African nations (Sudan, Egypt, and Libya) joined together because of failing economies. These three nations shared some traits, such as being primarily exporting natural gas, being Islamic, and, as mentioned before, having failing economies. Later on, after unification that was mainly spearheaded by Egypt, they threatened the small nation of Eritrea with military strength after it declined to join, and, needless to say, they joined under the flag of the Saharan Federation. Recently, disputes between the Saharan Federation and South Sudan have flared up over a small region that is governed by South Sudan, but claimed by the Saharan Federation. The Federation has threatened military action, but so far, South Sudan has stood their ground.

San Pera, I find the clause 1 of your offer seems to bother me. If the UN has 24/7 control of my nuclear power plants, in an event where a UN supported nation invades me they might sabotage my power, or perhaps even initiate a meltdown. Sure my electricity grid is not 100% reliant on the nuclear, but still.
Giving lower taxes to your French companies seems acceptable for me, but certainly not a monopoly. Our Iranian companies need to find their own money as well.
