Texas should still receive military support from the USA, and it should be allowed to trade with who it wishes and be allies with anyway they wish [excluding people the USA is at war with]. My last requirements is as follows,
1. Texas can nullify any federal law that is not specifically authorized by the US constitution [and we may nullify constitutional amendments [except the bill of rights], should the majority of our citizens decide to do so.

Well, they were inside the missile silos, so that requires time to be moved out of there, time the Soviets didn't have.

A lot of Soviet soldiers deserted or joined UUNF since the morale was low, some of them happen to be stationed near the silos.
