Coal helps to spur industry up to a degree. England, then Belgium, then Prussia. I am not sure about Serbia though

Having read a lot into Serbian history, Serbia should be mostly agricultural at this point. Stimulating economic development is incredibly hard without coast line or without cooperating with the UK.

But we have coal tho, for when Serbia regains coastline from stupid separatist states. Then we industrialise by shipping in German engineers.

No it is. Reservations don't go in the OP because they last so short. That's why there is a special format to them and the "635" so you can search for all the reservations. Also reservations declare interest, not that you have the nation guaranteed. Someone can challenge (dick move tho) and best app wins.

Peru-Bolivia is a La Plata successor, right? They got independence form them after they fell?

Yes and no. It was an independent nation before the Andean Empire absorbed it, as the Kingdom of Tiahuanaco ruled by the Estuardos (Latin American offshoot of the Stuart dynasty). Basically San Martin came to party, Luis Estuardo got the boot and was exiled to the Scottish East Indies, and San Martin married an Estuardo girl. Then when the Andean Empire met its end, they got their independence once more. Whether or not the Estuardos were restored is up to you really, and if it remains the Kingdom of Tiahuanaco appears to be up to you as well.

Because every other color of a Nordic country is just horrible to the eyes as the center, and making it red would make it literally Iceland's current flag. I'll make up some reason like the black represents the unity between Scandinavia and the Pan-Nordic movement that brought them all together. Objectively speaking though, it is much better than the past attempt.

Colombia was federalized under a bunch of kingdoms, but then Venezuela being all sneaky and shit was funding the Republicans in Colombia and that caused a massive shit storm that ended with Argentina intervening and the formation of a bunch of republics and kingdoms as successors to the Granadine Confederation.
