Brief Explanation of Government:The Aragonese Government is a complex interplay of Representative Democracy and Monarchy. The Monarch plays the role of Head of State, with executive power vested in him throughout the realm. The Monarch also serves the role of Overseer of Parliament, with the ability to both assign representatives in Parliament to the colonies and take them away. He also has the constitutional authority to dissolve the Parliament if the need arises. However, Parliament holds the keys to the funding castle and as such levies favors from the Monarch in exchange for funding, leading to liberalization of the colonies somewhat and the feasibility of a powerful Monarch in the 20th century.

Ever since time immemorable they have spoken the language now known as Spanish, having its roots formed by Roman occupation in that empire's time. The Aragonese People are conservative minded, having much appreciation for traditional family values and much confience in his Imperial Majesty, whoever that may be. The people are hard workers and shun those who refrain from using one's skills to help the nation. The natives in the colonies are usually subjugated to Aragonese tastes and customs, however this is a long and arduous process so as to not alienate the colonies.

Army: The Crown's Military is divided up into two branches, The Army and The Navy. The Army is responsible for protection and expansion of cored and claimed lands, and as such is given most of the manpower available to the military. They maintain a significgant presence in Africa and in the Islands, to both guard and prepare to expand our lands in these areas. The main rifle of the Army is the Sinter 44. It is a bolt action rifle with a straight pull bolt and a 10 round magazine that could be filled either by a magazine or two 5 round clips, used when ammunition is exceptionally low. The rifle is chambered for the 7.62 round. It is reasonably accurate beyond 50 meters, and some special operations units attatch a scope and use it as a DMR. The standard sidearm is usually the M19A11, though some units prefer revolvers of varying types. The Army has 150,000 active duty service members, and 50,000 reserve troops.
Navy:The Aragonese Navy is primarily a blue-water navy, as there has been no real need for open-ocean capability. As such, the navy focuses on nimble and versatile destroyers. The Navy has 74 ships, of which 5 are the Rojas Capital Ship class, which are basically oversized Ironclad Warships. There are 40 Imperial Destroyer class, which are nimble and versatile coal-powered ships. The ships have medium armor, but fast speed and a heavy punch for their size. The rest are either support craft or out of date.

Brief Description of your Economy:The Crown's economy is a very odd mixture of Industrialized Exports from the semi-industrialized Aragon, to the resource-collecting of the African colonies in the form of jewels, Iron, Copper, and gaining more importance every day - oil. This was fueled by growth from friendships and alliances with Anglois and a influx of foreign expertise in to the otherwise new economy. The State gives corporations land in Aragon to manufacture goods from their assigned lands in the colonies, giving the State a share of the profit in exchange for the monopoly. Exceedingly, the Tourism economy is getting a boost from relative peace in the last decade for Aragon, having Mediterranean and Sicilliean cruises starting to generate a income.
Goals:Obtain Palestine, Obtain more of Africa, supplemant Spain.
History:After the events of the previous conflaglaration, Aragon remained to itself and continued to build up its colonial holdings. In 1850, Aragon started working with Anglois to industrialize the Iberian holdings, which in the 20th century has matured into a industrial society in Iberian Aragon. This has solidified a alliance between the two. Aragon has also been forging plans on attacking Italy and Palestine, as his Imperial Majesty Rojas wishes to expand the Crown's sphere of influence. In 1911, rumors have swirled of a Military TaskForce to invade one of them, with both threatened by a valid casus belli - a claimed land.

No as in, it was agreed previously that Russia was forced to sell it's Baltic Fleet but you tried to slip it in under the radar. You were accepted with "6 sekret ships" in the Baltic Fleet.
I don't need to threaten you, why would I even care? Scandinavia is better in all ways, our submarine flotillas would end your Baltic Fleet like nothing.

That was a mistake on my part. Russia isn't supposed to have a Black Seas fleet. It still has a Baltic fleet.

But we still have those 20 secret ships we've been building over the past 10 years in the Black Sea. The problem is we have them stored in places such as these on a little larger scale.
So it is harder to maintain them and care for them when you've got to go into underground tunnels that connect to the open area-Black Sea. Most of those tunnels are in Sevastopol, but just to say now (With no metagaming I hope from anyone) some are also in Sochi and Bat'umi
