Alastir's eyes widened as he saw the hand of the Beyonder emerge from the swarm of tendrils that covered it's body, and began to slowly emerge from it. Alastir then smiled as he realized why the Beyonders were called just that "Huh, usually things that are covered by the tendrils usually are crushed to death by the sheer weight of the tsunami attack." Alastir said as he then brought his hand out, before he closed it "Dark Compression!" Alastir said inwardly as the black tendrils suddenly compressed all around the Beyonder. Alastir thought that such compression would be enough to stop the Beyonder, but he was horribly mistaken. Within moments, the mass of tendrils suddenly exploded all around as the Beyonder had quickly emerged from the it, without any injuries to speak of.

Alastir was then suddenly pushed back by a barrage of powerful punches and kicks from the Beyonder, who had seemingly teleported from one place to the other without Alastir even knowing what had happened, eventually, Alastir managed to regain his footing and then use a black tendril which emerged from his hand to wrap itself around the Beyonder "To hit me with that type of speed..." Alastir frowned as he unleashed a powerful wave of thick black energy which caused the Beyonder to skid back a few feet from Alastir "It looks like I can't hold back against someone like you..." Alastir smirked as he instantly transformed into a far more demon looking form, a smile plastered on it's face "It looks like I'll have to teach you a lesson to not mess with my race!"

Karnilla, Darkseid, and Jaspers followed Entropy through the portal and even they marveled at the graveyard of Celestial corpses littered throughout the space in front of them. Well, Karnilla and Darkseid did. Jaspers looked around as though he was in his own little world, with a strange smile on his face.

Darkside and Karnilla began gathering parts when suddenly Entropy shouted out a warning that one of the Beyonders had found them. "Damn it." Karnilla cursed under her breath as Alex went to go fight it. "Jaspers, Uxas-" Darkseid then flashed an odd look that seemed to indicated he was angry, but it also had a strange mixture of other emotions in it that made it difficult to understand what he was thinking. "Sorry, Darkseid," Karnilla continued, rolling her eyes, "Go help him out."

Darkseid shot off at the Beyonder, while Jaspers began flying away as well before calling back, "Oh! Go look for Tiamut's body!"

Karnilla facepalmed over missing such an obvious thing. Of course we should be looking for Tiamut. He's worth at least 50 normal Celestials. She summoned her book and the pages quickly turned themselves until it reached the page she wanted. She then shot off at blinding speeds as though being pulled somewhere, rather than flying there of her own free will.

Darkseid fired his Omega Beams at the Beyonder, which caused it to recoil slightly. The number of beings over the years to take the full force of the Omega Effect and survive could be counted on one hand. And it seemed that the Beams had only served to slightly annoy the Beyonder. Before the Beyonder retaliated however, Jaspers appeared behind the Beyonder. The Beyonder turned around with a complete lack of haste.

"'Elo gov'na." Jaspers said, lifting his hat in a courteous manner and raising his arm at the Beyonder. Suddenly, Jasper's left arm transformed into a gun of some sorts and shot the Beyonder, engulfing it in a large burst of energy. "Why hello, what's this now?" Jaspers said with a grin as he looked at his transformed arm. However, he didn't have long to inspect it, as the smoke cleared and revealed the Beyonder to be pretty much undamaged. "Uh oh."

Meanwhile, in a place mere mortals, no, even most cosmic beings, can only dream of, a being strolled through the mighty gates of a temple of obvious significance and grandeur. This being was both very familiar and very foreign at the same time. Brandishing the Kryptonian symbol for hope, the being knew it's purpose well: to protect the multiverse.

Initially this goal was specifically tied to defeating the being Mandrakk. However, that battle was long done. Now, there was a new threat, and this being, known simply as Thought Robot, could feel it. Thought Robot walked to the center of the temple and approached a pedestal.

Thought Robot reached his arm out above the pedestal and a ringing could be heard. It was as though a church bell had been violently struck to signal some sort of impending doom. Energy gathered above the pedestal and a swirling spiral vortex formed. Thought Robot reached out with a finger, careful to not disrupt anything. Though it made this appear trivial, mere child's play, this couldn't be any further from the truth. He was not observing a galaxy, not a universe, nor a multiverse. This was what limbo looked like from the outside.

Suddenly, a blinding light emerged from within the temple, and two Beyonders appeared. Thought Robot immediately recognized them as a threat. They engaged in a battle that was waged on every plane of existence. The multiverse shook at the massive display of power. Though, as valiantly as Thought Robot fought it wasn't enough. And the metal plate of Thought Robot's chest, the emblem signifying hope, crashed to the ground.

We knew we couldn't make it illegal to be either against the war or black, but by getting the public to associate the hippies with marijuana and blacks with heroin, and then criminalizing both heavily, we could disrupt those communities. We could arrest their leaders. raid their homes, break up their meetings, and vilify them night after night on the evening news. Did we know we were lying about the drugs? "I need a catchphrase for when I do this..." The damaged Alex sputtered out as he let Nightmare out once again. His wounds healing practically in an instant. "Now the REAL fun begins!" He hissed and Attacked the Beyonder in conjunction with Darkseid, Kilian and Alastir. Bombarding the Beyonder with every bit of power at his disposal. "Are we even doing any real damage?! I think it's just playing with us!" This was not looking good in the slightest.

"Shrug off my Punches?! Nuh uh! You're getting a time out!" The phrase "time out" got the Beyonder's attention. They were linear. Killian on the other hand was free of any timeline thanks to his connection to the Speed Force and the number of times he's time traveled. A wild card. Thin blue beams shot from Killian's forearms and encompassed the Beyonder. "Like these? I call 'em my Speed Bonds. They absorb motion. Completely unbreakable. I held Galactus down with these." The Beyonder struggled, but Killian was true to his word. They were seemingly unbreakable. So the Beyonder grabbed the binders, and with it's unholy strength, pulled Killian towards it, causing him to lose the bonds and the Beyonder impaled him.

Naja was busy with Entropy, grabbing as many husks as she could get her hands on and throwing them through Entropy's portal while taking occasional glances towards the fight. As much as she wanted to be in the fray with her husband, this was just as important. "How much we got so far?" She asked grabbing what appeared to be a leg to one of the giants.

"Enough to where we could probably Frankenstein one together." Entropy replied. "A few more pieces should be enough! Hurry! I think the Big B has figured out which ones of the group are the most dangerous!"

Daniel Carter/Convict EK77042-32 Yrs-Metropolis

I gave a slight chuckle when I heard Daud subtly offer to break me out of prison. I placed my chained hands upon the table in front of us. "You know I would not be here if I did not choose to be." I then passed a glance at She Hulk and apologized. "Sorry, I did not mean to disrespect your record, I suppose I should have noticed you from back in the Ultra corp days, but back then I often delegated the legal procedures off to someone else." It was then that my gaze turned serious as I addressed Daud. "You are aware that I was considering a guilty plea, of course you are. You know me well enough for that." I mused as I moved on to the topic at hand. "I knew you would come to my legal defense, of course I dont see how you could possibly honestly believe that my actions in that Asylum were innocent. Even a good man cannot make excuses for a wrongdoing. And with all we have been through, I would not be able to look you in the eye if I believed that I was not guilty of murder considering how hard I pressed your for your old Ultra corps for the occasional death of a convict." I then sighed and pushed my chair back a bit from the table.

"But I trust you Daud, and for that I am willing to allow Jen here to be my consul." It was then that I stood up just as the door opened, signalling that time had run out and it was now time to leave. With a nod, I awaited as four armed guards began to escort me out and into the hallway, where as we were leaving, everyone fell silent. The water cooler talk ceased and nothing could be heard aside from the footsteps. Exiting the building however, it was a whole different scene. There were large crowds on opposing sides of the station and each side housed a different crowd shouting all sorts of chants. On one side, you had phrases such as No Murdering Heroes and on the other side people screamed back Guilty of Defending. I was not surprised, by now my records from my own world were now spread across the public record of this world. So, while I have only been on this version of EArth for for a couple days, already I have achieved celebrity status as many recognize that I am comparable to this world's version of Superman or Batman. That is, a persona interchangeable with Justice.

So naturally when any icon that high falls, it causes a big ruckus. But as I was ducked into a car, I noticed one thing. Not one placard sign mentioned the loss of the life in question.

That of Slade Joseph Wilson.

An hour Later, Metropolis Court
The prosecution was being lead by Matt Murdock, a attorney in which most would be eager to make a deal with. As his reputation proceeded him, however with some confidence in my own legal defender, the green statue known as Jennifer Walters. As I sat behind the desk in the first suit I had worn in a while, it was almost comical seeing the giant green woman, stand up with her hair tied back, wearing modest and no nonsense legal clothes, high heels and...glasses. I was certain she did not actually require the glasses. The procedures went by the book until it was time to give the plea and begin the trial. As I stood up, still far shorter than my guardian I remained silent as she gave the plea.

"Not guilty your honor."

As she said so I scanned the room, and saw there were several camera crews in the back of the room, showing just how high profile this case was. And doubtless, it would set many legal precedents on legal cases between our two worlds. The judge was a aged woman in which she seemed as if the plea came as no surprise.

"Well then it is going to be a very long trial so why dont we just begin, proceed with opening statements and the prosecution may call their first witness." It was then for the first time I gave an inward laugh, realizing that with all the dangers I have faced and the odds I have overcome. Even invading Hell itself, I am now in the one spot in my lifetime where I am utterly powerless against the most cunning warriors mankind had ever known.

Lawyers.

Stanley 'Stan' Blake-27 Yrs-New York City

The smoke and lights made it hard to see, but that was less of a problem for me. As I received a private dance from the establishment's biggest attraction. Her eyes flashed with a almost supernatural sense of lust and beauty and even in the darkness I knew that I had the right target, having her grind against my more southern regions in a very seductive manner with minimal clothing articles made it increasingly difficult to, keep my focus. Not even my rather modest buzz negated her alluring spell casting. I then raised my flask, and then swallowed several gulps of a substance that resembled alcohol, and almost had the same effect, with the added affect of granting a eye sight capable of seeing past illusions, which confirmed my suspicions. In the private room with no one else around, I had about three minutes left with her. Her spinal wings which crept from her back as well as a far smaller pair which were positioned just behind a pair of twisted horns on her head.

The true form of a Succubus.

She brought her lips right next to my right ear and pressed her form against mine. Her voice ringing a deadly seductive tone as she spoke.
"I am working very hard for you. About time you worked for me." As she then rolled my head over and pressed her lips against mine. Taking only a few moments to realize that her ritual was not taking affect, as my soul remained my own. As the realization dawned on her, I whispered in her own ear.

"You wiles wont work on me...Succubus." Her face and form retreated back in a effort to judge my intentions.

"Who the hell are you?" She demanded. I leaned back and took another swig of the mysterious drink. Then began to inform her.

"You broke the contract, three human souls this week alone." That was enough to tell her why I was there, as she began to prepare to possibly defend herself. "Well, when a woman gets hungry, what would ya expect? Listen, there is no way we could work something out? Where you could, look the other way?" I ignored the temptation.

"Lilith, a Succubus who entered the human realm four years ago, has traveled from Scotland to the Americas and found a trade among humankind as an exotic dancer. But, gave in to hunger and stole thirteen souls starting last year. Another tragic tale of wasted demonic youth." I said as lit a cigarette. She then stood up and was obviou sly growing angry as her hair began to flash up and her wings went erect.

"Now you are starting to piss me off." She growled as her eyes flashed red. I raised a hand as if to shake hers.

"About fucking time, Stan Blake." She promptly smacked it away, hissing.

"You look like a fucking low life to me." I retorted quickly.

"At least I am not about to get shipped back home on the rebound bus." she was now at her ropes end and began to form her wing into a drill which she attempted to impale me with. But the drill fell short as she became clearly weakened. I could see it written all over her face. Asking what was happening to her.

I stood up and began to explain. "It was over ever since you kissed me love. That drink in my flask, is not whisky. Its all very technical, but it is a mixture of a lot of things which is toxic to your kind. When it comes in contact with the mystical make up of a succubus, first you begin to feel dizzy..." Where she promptly fell from her feet as if hungover. "Then everything begins to spin and your abilities fail you." I then placed a hand on her shoulder as I used the other hand to pull a small hand book with hundreds of spells and enchantments etched in it.

"Dont worry, you wont die. You are just going home." I told her, but it was of no comfort. Harsh penalties await demons and rouge angels who break the contracts. She wont be killed, but the next moments wont be pleasant for her either.

I began to recite words from a long forgotten language and a hellish portal opened up behind her, as she barely had the strength to turn around and look in horror at it, unable to resist further. I pitied her, a product of her own circumstance of existence. But yet, there are laws we all must follow. Even for the super natural. It was then that hellish arms reached from the portal and bound her, dragging her into the depths of hell. Closing again with no evidence to any human except a sharp rise in tempature.

I promptly exited and when reaching the outside, I pulled a flask that this time. Was whisky. Sighing deeply at another job well done. I play the role of the hero no one knows about. While Batman brings down the Joker, and everyone sees and knows him, I walk between worlds, keeping the balance and judging the paranormal which threatens us.

"You're gonna lose...." I mutter to myself as I thrust my hands in my pockets and began walking down the busy NYC streets. Not taking long before I began to follow a trail, which was growing faint but reeked of paranormal energy, down several alleys and ending at a manhole cover.

Seemingly ordinary man made objects, can often hide new worlds. Quite literally, but the trail ended here, and went down there. I kneeled down next to it, and removing the cigarette from my mouth I let myself fall in. Being enveloped in darkness and arriving at a new world, seeing a woman and a monster of enormous size. My eyes locked to the woman, which I could sense held cursed weaponry. The kind that ruins lives, but judged the immediate threat to be the goliath of a monster, I approached the blonde woman. With a slight sluggish waltz signalling I was not entirely sober.

Rolling my left sleeve up, various runes began to carve themselves across my arm. As I offered my own assistance to her in this battle.

"Bite off more than we can chew did we?" I quizzed. "Seems like you could use a hand."

"Well I think we just discovered rule one of fighting against a Beyonder..." Alastir jumped back as he began to levitate, partially transforming into his Pre-Primordial Celestial Form, having still retaining his sanity, but his excitement for battle growing "Don't get near it and spam it with as much energy as possible!" The Partially Transformed Alastir stated, opening the three mouth's that had remained closed on his now transformed body "Lets have a contest and see if you won't emerge from this attack unscthahed!" Alastir laughed as the three mouths on his chest unleashed a massive energy wave towards the Beyonder.

Said Beyonder's eyes somewhat widened, having sensed the potent energy within Alastir's attack, but it wasn't going to do much but cause some minor scratches. The Beyonder tried to evade the attack, but it was being held down by Black Tendrils, the Beyonder then opted to unleash it's own Massive Energy Wave, colliding with energy attack. The resulting shockwave that was caused by such a beam struggle was a near devastating one that caused even Shimura to nearly lose his footing "Knowing that Alastir hasn't been pushed to this state, he must really be having fun over there!" Shimura stated as with a single tap of his Overworld Staff, he was enveloped in a protective barrier, while he used his telekinesis in conjunction with Kazuko to lift massive portions of the dead Celestials into the portal.

Merlyn once said that Mad Jim Jaspers was a threat to the entire omniverse. If he were alive right now to see this fight between the "threat to the omniverse" and a single Beyonder, he'd probably wish that he was dead again from fear alone. Ironically, only a being of high cosmic power could truly see how unsuccessful Jasper's fight against the Beyonder truly was.

Every few seconds, the Beyonder paused momentarily as though it were tangled in strings. What really occurred during that span couldn't be seen or even understood by non-cosmic beings. Even a being tapping into the Speed Force would find it difficult if not impossible to comprehend what occurred.

Jaspers was initiating something referred to as the Jasper's Warp. It was a wave of reality bending energy that spread out and made Jaspers a God. His Earth 238 counterpart conquered his entire universe with such a power, and even fused with Eternity thanks to it. And that Jaspers was weaker, functionally a child in comparison to the one fighting against this Beyonder.

Yet for every wave of the Jasper's Warp released, the Beyonder blasted it away through a powerful blast of energy released from it's hands. With every release of the Warp, the two beings fought across all dimensions and universes and Jaspers used it to protect the others from the Beyonder as much as possible. The frightening part was that Jaspers was growing stronger, as he and the Fury had fused and become one. Jaspers had inherited its ability to adapt, and this was likely the only reason he had lasted as long as he did. And it still was not enough. Though, it wasn't as though Jaspers expected to win. A grin flashed across his face as he saw Karnilla approaching them.

"Time to go! I found Tiamut's corpse." She called and flew past them and towards the portal.

"That's our cue!" Jaspers said and teleported the group through the portal.

The Asgardian chuckled softly, "Corrupting fire, and a metallic figure? I am the Asgardian Goddess of Fire and Metal. We shall have to see whose fire is greater, and so, let us put to test the might of an Asgardian versus this strange being. I doubt I shall be able to control the metal of his body, but it is worth a try. Do not fear, I shall proceed with caution nevertheless, this being has killed several of your people, and even in your lessened state, you Vokoronians are still formidable."

Hearing Aeshandra's comment about reading his mind, she thought for a moment, and then spoke, "Would you be able to attack and surpass his mental defenses that he may have while I engaged him in battle? It is of little honor, but he deserves none, having killed your kin without cause and without warning."

Aeshandra paused, sighing. "I wish he had merely killed them. Vokornians are able to reconstitute ourselves over time, though it takes thousands of years or even eons." She spoke. There was sorrow in her voice. "But... this abomination... Destroyed their souls. Reconstitution is already a risk as some don't make it back... but it will likely be impossible for them now. We cannot forgive this... crime."

She paused. Thinking on Valka's plan. "It should be a decent strategy, though we should make efforts to evacuate the civilians before we confront him directly." She said. "And when we do, I am going to come with you." She shook her head. "Had I taken care of this myself none of this would have happened. And I care less for honour than making sure his crime is repaid in full." She shugged. "Besides. My brothers always tell me I need to get out more..."

Killian was Transcended. Otherwise he'd be dead. The gaping hole in his chest healed quickly. "Ow... I think that's the first time I've actually been hurt in this form..." He shook it off and looked to see Alastir in a beam lock with the Beyonder. He flew next to him and fired his own beam against the Beyonder. Alex saw as well and also joined the fray. "I don't get it." Killian said as he fired his beam with everything he had. "It could blink and kill us all right now..." He was trying to figure out why they lasted as long as they did. If they Beyonder really wanted to kill them, there wouldn't have been anything they could have done to stop them.

"Maybe it's bored and wants to play." Alex suggested. Killian had a point. The Beyonders killed all of Celestials at the same time. It would take everything the entire group had just to fight one Celestial. An epiphany hit Alex. "This is a baby Beyonder! It's a child!" It was the only likely explanation. It was a child. If it were fully grown, they wouldn't have lasted a single second.

"Yeah... That makes me feel a lot better." Killian said. "And that's the good news of the day. It doesn't want to kill us. We're only alive because it's having fun watching us struggle when it could blink us out of existence."

"Alright! We've got enough for two Frankencelestials! That should be plenty with whatever Karnilla is getting! Plus, I'm not feeling so hot. Even less hot than before. We gotta go!" He shouted so the group could hear him.

"You heard the man! Everyone break off and into the portal!" Naja shouted and was the first one in. Killian hesitated, but broke off and ran into the portal followed by Alex.

Even his alien senses, the ones so finely tuned to his environment, were completely and utterly thrown out of balance. The landscape became haunting, and he was surprised by how quickly everything became so different than he had expected. His surprise at what would happen was, in and of itself, surprising.

Then the creature apeared. It's thick grey form flapped through the air in agitation, gnashing its teeth and slashing at Garnet with its claws. He pondered long and thoughtfully on what to do in the time it took blink, assessing the situation. "I suppose I should try something new." He focused inward, projecting his spiritual body into existence. Slowly white spectral most poured from him, and he began to become enveloped in an ethereal glow. Should this truly be a spirit, the this was the only way to defend oneself against it's claws. He knew that this was not a mere person, but a malevolent thing, ready to wreak havoc on anything in its way. Therefore, there would be no moral violation in attacking it. He concentrated deeply, manifesting a large sphere on a rope of white spectral mist. With effort he swung it around, sending the crudely fashioned wrecking ball in its direction.

As they rounded a corner, the left wall disappeared, opening into a vast cavern with buildings taller than skyscrapers resting amongst the magma. A paradoxic field of ice lay just around it, showing the almost mystical qualities of the area. As he looked at the area, a thin smile came across his face like it always did when he saw this place. Ishka'ali was a glorious place, filled with wonders beyond anything the rest of the cosmos could offer. A small wisp of cloud whisked in front of him, and he saw it as a storm spirit. A young one, barely s few hours old from the size. It looked at him for a moment, then shot a small static shock at his nose playfully. Vladkaht flinched slightly and laughed, and a soft wispy whine came from the spirit, then it darted back up toward the ceiling of the cavern, joined by a swarm of its brethren. He looked back at the people who had followed him, and he saw the groups of golems that had survived the attack walking quickly behind them, marching in unison.

Vladkaht pondered for a moment. "Now what to do with you..."

"Necrophile? How dare you! It's not like I'm a rotting corpse. I can have my body... function... if I so desire..." She replied. Grixia now frowning. She awkwardly sighed. She didn't have to explain her biological functions to this man of all people. It was humiliating to be so degraded. Then she dismisively rolled her eyes at the mention of the Maidservants. "Pfff. I'll believe that when I see it..."

She the paused for what seemed like an eternity. "I... Don't look dead do I? I mean. Like. I don't seem dead immediately.... You had to... um... look for a while. Guess... or use magic... right?" She would have blushed were she able to do so as she awkwardly fidgeted, feeling somewhat self conscious all of a sudden. Normally she would vainly believe that she was the fairest one of all, but she had just recently taken the jump from Necromancer human to undead. She was beginning to regret the decision if it made her look like some sort of zombie.

"Ha! funny! You almost sounded human just then." Vladkaht was slightly entertained by watching her become uncomfortable as she spoke to him. He knew he tended to do that with many people, women in particular. The amount of male pheromones that surrounded him worked in a way that might even cause the most confident and strong willed of men to feel intimidated just by standing near him. This mainly seemed more of an annoyance at times, but right now he found it quite amusing as he toyed over what scenerio for the present situation would be more humorous, the cold hearted necromancer struggling because of his male aura or the same woman being legitimately flustered by a comment on her appearance. "Woman, I might smell you from a mile away. Literally. You reak of death. Don't take it personally, however. I can tell what Felix here had for breakfast this morning from the trace scents of food on his lips, and I can figure out everywhere he has been for the past few hours. In other words, stop whining. You're fine."

Upon hearing that the Beyonder he was facing was only a mere child, Alastir felt his anger boil over into blood curdling rage at being bested by a child, a mere child! "What!, You're telling me that the Beyonder I've been facing is nothing more than a child?!" Alastir yelled, the mouths on his chest closing, his transformation beginning to dissipate slowly "No wonder why I'm so ineffective, I'm nothing in comparison to the Celestials in power, but If I push myself to that limit..." Alastir frowned as he quickly withdrew towards the portal, taking one last look back to the Beyonder before he stepped into the portal. Upon coming out from the other side, Alastir's Pre-Primordial Transformation regressed back into his base form "A mere child could do that much damage to me and even push me to my Pre-Primordial Transformation." Alastir sighed in annoyance.

Shimura took a look back to Alastir, having been surprised that Alastir had quickly brought himself to his Pre-Primordial Transformation, something that only he could have pushed Alastir to, however, Shimura's thoughts were distracted by another approaching presence, the one being Asumar's energy presence, and it was rapidly increasing with each passing moment "Out of all the times, why Is Asumar on his way now..." Shimura sighed, turning to Alastir, sensing that Spera's increasing spiritual energy within "And judging by that growing energy within, Spera's due to emerge from Alastir soon..."

"I'm not whining." She replied childishly, she scowled. It was more a case of the latter. Being somewhat shallow, Grixia's appearance was fairly important to her. There were many other reasons she would be concerned about her appearance, some to do with her background and others for... other reasons. She sighed and rolled her eyes. At least she was "fine" which was... disappointing, but still a small victory. "Well, what are you going to do now? What are you going to do with me now?"

"Well, that was...unpleasant." Darkseid stated after he entered the portal and ended back upon his home world of Apokolips.

"Unpleasant? You mean frightening." Karnilla stated.

"No, I do not-" Darkseid began.

"Yeah, yeah, you don't get 'frightened' because you're the big bad 'Darkseid.' Drop the tough guy act already. The multiverse is ending. There's no need to continue your facade, Uxas."

"You will bite your tongue or I will remove it." Darkseid commanded, his eyes glowing red, channeling the power of the Omega Effect.

Karnilla floated up until she was eye level with the New God. "Try me." Before Darkseid responded, a loud crunching noise rang out and the two looked to the side to see Jaspers biting into an apple. They stared at him for a couple of seconds as he chewed. Jaspers looked them in the face as they stared at him and his chewing grew slower and slower until he stopped.

"What?" He shrugged.

"Tch." Karnilla floated back to the ground and turned away from Darkseid. "We're wasting time." She opened her book and a golden, metallic object poured out of it. It grew larger and larger the further away it got from the book, and began forming a solid object. After a few seconds, the process was completed and before them stood, at over 2000 feet, what used to be the Dreaming Celestial, Tiamut.

"Ah, yes. I can work with that." Jaspers said with a wide smile. "Now for Thought Rob-" He began. Suddenly the whole planet started shaking for a few seconds and then it stopped. "Apparently, just in time, too. We're gonna need to go high up for this one." Jaspers said, pointing upwards. With a snap of his fingers, he opened up a portal above them. "Shall we?" Karnilla, Darkseid, and Jaspers entered the portal and found themselves in a black void of nothingness.

"The Nixon campaign in 1968, and the Nixon White House after that, had two enemies: the antiwar left and black people. You understand what I'm saying? We knew we couldn't make it illegal to be either against the war or black, but by getting the public to associate the hippies with marijuana and blacks with heroin, and then criminalizing both heavily, we could disrupt those communities. We could arrest their leaders. raid their homes, break up their meetings, and vilify them night after night on the evening news. Did we know we were lying about the drugs? Of course we did."—former Nixon domestic policy chief John Ehrlichman

"Eh. It could have gone a lot worse. Better too. But most certainly worse. I mean, we're still alive. For how long is up in the air, but we're alive for the moment." Naja said. "Also, how about we save the killing each other for after we survive the Multiverse collapsing on our heads? Besides. Alex could kick all of your asses by himself." She snickered.

"I said no such thing, implied no such thing. Nor will I attempt such a thing." Alex said as he returned to his Golden state rather than his Dark Sentry form. He didn't want to admit it, but he liked being the Dark Sentry. It was so freeing.

"Oh lighten up. Not like it matters. We screw up we're all dead anyways." She said. "Might as well get a little trash talk in. Besides. We faced a Beyonder and lived! That's something to be proud of. Even if it was just a child playing around and laughing while we hit it as hard as we could." She said and looked at the metal giant. "One that is intact? Cool."

"So we've got the raw materials. Celestial junk." Alex said. "Next is the ship systems." He said as Jaspers opened another portal to a place where he couldn't see. "Yeah. That looks safe." Alex said and rolled his eyes and went inside the portal alongside his wife. Killian was enjoying this a bit too much. Namely as he hadn't used his Transcendent state for any longer than a few minutes at a time before. And here he was having stayed in it longer than he ever had. At least ten minutes. Previously the longest time he ever used it was no longer than 3 minutes.

"Well I have to admit..." Asumar's voice boomed as he stepped foot onto the wasteland of Apokolips, slowly walking towards Kilian "I sensed your battle against that Beyonder, I admit that I should be worried about the Incursion Event, but I want to settle our little rivalry before the Universe goes kaput..." Asumar replied as he instantly transformed into his Full Power Celestial State "You questioned my pride, you insulted my race by calling them nothing but half-breeds while we are the only ones who are suitable to succeed the Celestials when their lineage comes to an end, this..." Asumar's aura lit up, the Purple Aura spreading all around him Is something that I CANNOT accept!" Asumar smirked sadistically

Alastir quickly turned to Asumar, his eyes widening as he felt his entire body become heavy, the energy within him building up unexpectedly "Shit... Asumar's presence is quickening the process of Spera's formation, if Kilian tries to kill him..." Alastir closed his eyes as he then formed a protective barrier around himself, which happened to be a suppression barrier that would slightly slow down Spera's reemergence "Alastir... let, me, out..." Spera stated lowly as he knew that Kilian would actually try to kill Asumar this time "I can't let you do this Spera, you know as well as I do that Kilian could kill you, and that will only hasten our races extinction, do you truly want that to happen?!" Alastir yelled inwardly as another shock hit his body, causing Alastir to squint in pain "If you won't let me out, then I will force my way out!!!" Spera growled as he had gathered enough power to block off Alastir's Mind Link with him.

Killian was about to shoot into the portal when he heard Asumar. He closed his eyes and let out an annoyed sigh as Asumar said that he wanted to fight. "It was a joke, but. I am nothing if not a man of my word. I don't have time for you. So I'm just gonna kill you like I said I was gonna." He said and shot his Speed Bonds at Asumar while his right hand began to vibrate to where it was nothing but a blur. For extra intimidation he changed his voice while talking to Asumar. "I wasn't gonna tell you this... But when I used the Infinity Gauntlet. I saw how long you lived. A good 100 thousand more years. But... I'm willing to be that the Infinity Gauntlet was wrong just this once." Killian said as he moved his hand towards Asumar's heart, intending to reduce it to nothing but slurry.

"Yeah... I'ma gonna stay out of this one." Entropy said and vomited. But rather than the messy chunk from when most normal people vomit, mini-galaxies and stars came out of his mouth and simply poofed. "Oh... Wow. Why did no one tell me throwing up was this bad? Now I see why mortals spend so much time near toilets when they feel like this..." He said throwing up another volley of galaxies and stars all over the floor.

"So... Where are we exactly?" Naja asked.

Asumar's eyes widened as he was about to attack Kilian with the Speed Force, but he was then caught within the Speed Bonds, preventing him from moving, he should have attacked the moment he arrived on Apokolips, but it was too late for this, but Asumar realized that he could still use his Telekinetic and Psionic Powers when immobile "You forget one thing Roth, even though I don't know much about the Speed Force, I know more about Psionic Manipulation, I don't need to use my hands to defeat you..." Asumar stated, closing his eyes as he unleashed a massive Psionic wave towards Kilian in an attempt to prolong his inevitable downfall.

Due to Kilian's actual threat to kill his son, not only did Spera's manifestation speed up beyond his expectations, but now one of Alastir's eyes was glowing bright blue, meaning that Spera now had a foothold within Alastir's body to further manifest his body "Damnit all, Spera's power is increasing a hundred fold, his emotions are fueling his power, I don't think I can suppress it much longer..." Alastir growled out, his Suppression Barrier quickly starting to break down.

Killian slid back on the ground, but otherwise was fine. "No you don't. You're one of the biggest morons I've ever met. I know psionics that would kill you with a thought. You're arrogant. You're stupid. You're blind and weak." He said moving so fast and stopping in front of him at a speed that he might as well have teleported. "You are beneath me. And you always will be. I cannot believe you even remember to breathe. You came to my world all high and mighty when you knew nothing. Called us primitive. We have better technology. Better guardians. Better everything. We are better. I am better. It's a fact. Now accept it." He said vibrating his entire fist, readying an Infinite Mass punch and throwing it at his stomach. "I gave you warnings. I gave you chance after chance. You don't want my mercy? You can have my wrath instead."

What darkness awaits me on the barren path? What strife shall force my hand in feverish night? Be it man or beast, king or pauper, grinning thief or merciless plague? I ask not for strength, or helping hand, I wish not for loving embrace in night, I ask that you move from my way, And let me see the sunlight, Once again.

-Xe'êlu Folk Song

The Outworlder watched the strange world come into veiw. The red aura of the impending earth overcast a malevolent glow upon him. The deep and faint rumbling could be heard from a distance, and the darkness that had consumed the earth had also consumed the very soul of Lúxvälik-Taerr. He felt the ripples that forced their way across the two dimensions like a wave of pure force pushing its way past everything in existence. From the moment he laid eyes on it he knew what it was. He had used his biotechnology to hack into the most secure locations, giving himself knowledge on everything he needed to know go this planet. The incursion drew closer as he scowled in displeasure.

Eight hours. That's all there was. Incursions lasted only that long, and if he was going to do anything about it he had to do it now. But what was he supposed to do? He couldn't just destroy an entire populated planet... Could he? He certainly possessed the ability, but whether he could force himself to do so was the real question. It was genocide. He would be erasing an entire civilization from existence. There could not be any justification for that, no matter how much hung in the balance. except...

Both universes would be destroyed if he didn't. If he did not do it, then both of them would be erased no matter what happened. The cruel truth of this was that unless one of the earths was taken from existence, countless more lives would be lost. To save lives, he had to be the one to end lives himself. It was both the moral and logical choice. By choosing to allow the planet to go on, he would have doomed the populations of two entire universes. And when it came down to it, he was the defender of this universe, and all of its inhabitants. This was not his universe.

However, he would not be hasty in his actions. There very well may be another solution that could be found, and if the two earths were to survive in a non violent manner, then communications between them was vital. He rocketed toward the opposite earth in a burst of speed, and was soon close to entering the opposite planets atmosphere. As he came closer, he began to notice that the planet looked much different than the one that he was familiar with. For one thing, North America looked like a desert savannah. He could make out the brown and yellow patterns from a distance, and he could tell that there was destruction in many places. Strangely, there was a single area of frost near the eastern seaboard, while the entirety of florida was dark and putrid green. As he examined this further, he did not manage to pick up the being that had approached him, for it was concealed in a clever guise of telekinetic cloaking. All at once a knife jabbed into the recesses of the Outworlders psyche, seeking to rip it to shreds. He struggled slightly at first, unprepared for such an assualt, but his innate resistance to telepathic attack allowed him to recover quickly. He pushed bacj his defenses, then began trying to seek his attacker.

You are from the alternate earth. a voice echoed. It came from a direction that he could not detect.

"Yes," Taerr said, scanning the area. "I am from the alternate earth. I seek to speak with the people of this world so that we may find a solution to this crisis."

There is already a solution. If one earth is destroyed then we survive. That is the only way."

"There is always another solution. Surely with the combined knowledge of our worlds, we may be able to reach a compromise?"

No. The voice barked back, I will not take the risk. I defend this world, and i will not hesitate to do what must be done. I have done it already many times now.

"I cannot allow that to happen."

Then die with them. A giant force of telepathic thought jabbed into his mind in a coldhearted attack. The two began to fight each other on the mental plane, jabbeing and blocking each other in endless repetitions. The adversery came at him from all directions, and he could tell he was quite the skilled telepath. The two locked on to each others alien minds in a battle to the finish, the minds of gods battling in a war of self against self. the Outworlder was experienced at defendinga against these attacks, and while his opponents skill greatly impressed him as much as it began to casue him pain, he was able to keep him at bay. He began launching offensive attacks at him in a fury. At the best the sheer number off attacks may overwhelm him. At the very least he may locate his presence so that he may disasble him physcially. His opponent held against his barrage, and he pressed forward once again. HIs strength was great, and his style quite aggressive. However, Taerr managed to detect a small exposed weakness in his defensive boundaries. He pressed his mind closer into his, and managed to jab straightforward into his psyche. The pain from his opponent was short, and he quicky corrected himself, but the mistake had been made. He had made a connection with his mind.

In an instant he flung himself down to the surface of the planet, then bolted down over the ground in a dash a few feet above the dry ground. The winds kicked up in his face, and he morphed his eyes, nose and mouth closed to avoid catching any in his form. All the while he decende against an assault upon his brain that ravaged across his thoughts. However, every time the adverse had come close to harming him he had been forced to retreat from exposure to his Eldritch mind. He projected his mind into a small speck of himself that was left near where he had just left, making it seem that he was not moving. However, he was indeed closing in on his opponents position. Then, under the cover of telekinetic cloaking, he zeroed in on his opponent, who was standing on a dusty limb at the top of a nearby tree. From a distance, he had a recognition of the person in front of him as the Martian Manhunter, though he seemed to look different in this universe. His cloak was dark purple with golden and and green lining, and he could make out three large horns jutting from his head. He seemed so preoccupied by his battle with his mind that he had not realized that someone was approaching. Just as Taerr was about slam himself directly into him, a smile spread across the Manhunters lips.

The Outworlder flew straight through the Manhunter, a splitting pain suddenly rocketing through his body as their particles collided. He fell to the ground with a thud, and the sparse trees around him shook as a crater was blown into the ground. He looked up as the martian floated down to him, his arms crossed. "You will have to do better than that." He chastised.

The Outworlder was stunned. He had been tricked. Him. He who had the knowledge of a million worlds fell to a simple ruse. The Outworlder shot a telekinetic pulse at the Martian, sending him flying backwards before he caught himself in the air. "This violence is unbecoming of me, but if you do insist further I am obliged to fight back." Martian Manhunter uttered a cry of pain as his body was pierced by an invisible force, creating a hole in his chest. After a few moments, the Manhunter suddenly disappeared, becoming intengible once again. He hovered around unseen, then began assaulting Outworlder with his telepathy again. "I am more than capable of fending off your tricks. I can fight you for hours and not tire, and you cannot harm me. Give up." He dug the mental knife in and twisted even further. The Outworlder began to twitch wildly under the assault, then quickly considered what to do. He fought back against the onslaught, then in haste sent out psionic waves all around him. He sent out for anything he could find, and after a few moments sensed a disturbance in the air around him. He reached out his mind towards the area, then clutched it in his telekinetic embrace. The air wavered, and the Martian rippled into existence with him gasping for air as he held him there. The Outworlder was calm and collected in a way uncustomary to the stress he was under. "Do not try and struggle. I am manipulating the movements of your inner particles, rearranging them into physical form. You cannot escape from me that easily, J'onn. ".

The Martian hung for a few seconds, then a sudden burst of energy came from his eyes. It struck Taerr on the head, and he was stunned long enough to allow Manhunter to escape his hold. J'onn J'onzz rocketed into the Outworlder, and he slammed him into the dirt for several kilometers, creating a small canyon in his wake as he was shoved along into the dirt. He Outworlder struck upward with a blow from his right arm, and he struck the Martian under the arm. The fist was not drawn back, but instead continued to branch out over Manhunter in a few milliseconds, wrapping around his torso. Manhunter was thrown into the dirt, to the side, and carried by momentum the two rolled and sprawled over the desert savanahh. They both rolled into kneeling position, then they Bolted straight at each other. They collided in the center with a crash. And the Outworlder began to go to work calculating his opponents moves. He struck him across the jaw, following with him Shapeshifting his leg into a tendril and wrapping around the Martians leg. He flung him to the side, then the Manhunter returned with a flury of blows.

The Outworlder combined various fighting styles, alternating between thousands upon thousands of fighting styles. The two morphed and attacked, each becoming little more than a shifting blob of green appendages and weapons. Manhunter was hard to keep a hold of, changing from 20 feet high to the soze of a beetle in moments,. He shifted and warped around his defended areas, but the Outworlder had millions of years of experience over him. He easily deflected his attacks, then flung a glob of slime upon his face. The Manhunter morphed his head out of the hold, and grabbed hold of his shoulde forehead. He channeled telepathic energy onto Outworlders mind, trying to overwhelm him with illusions of darkness and fear. He was, however, unable to feel such emotions .

He retaliated with a mental jab, and he burrowed deep into his opponents thoughts. As he did so, he began crushing the Martian, bringing his molecules closer together until any sense of shifting away was impossible. He could tell the Martian was weakening under his grip, and as the Martian Manhunter began to shake under millions of tons of pressure, the Outworlder spoke. "A creature is made of mind, body, and soul. Unfortunately for you, I can harm all three." And with a final thrust, he increased his clutch to immeasurable weights, and the Martsin began to crumples. The Outworlder looked doen at him, and from his chest sprouted a strange rotating machine of sorts. It flowed with ethereal light, then with a sound like a cannon came from his chest, and a laser of spectral mis blasted into the Martian. He flew backwards, falling to the ground. The white misty material arced over and over again on his body, ripping at his very soul. He flailed wildly where he lay, unable to speak but unable to stop the pain. The Outworlder hovered over to his position, then took pity on his form. He released the alien from the energy, then paused to observe him. The Martian was unconsiois, he could tell from his alien senses. He also checked to make sure there was no permanent dsmage to his soul.

The Outworlder looked to the west, and saw the sun was begging to set. As he considered all that had just happened, he realized that he had just defeated J'onn J'onzz, founding member of the Justice League. He bowed his head to him. "May Waiyäv reward you for your bravery." He then floated upward into the air and took off, leaving him behind in the desert sand.

The black void of space. Undisturbed. Endless.

Suddenly, a flash of light. A shooting star- no, a sick burning light, no child of the universe. Something corrupted. A fire that burned the void.

Within, a figure. Not human, not godly. Something else. Flying through the void within
his burning cocoon, he watched, eyes wide open.

"In the darkest twilight of creation the slumbering angels harvest the rain, but their freedom instead perishes in pain." It sang as it flew, voice vaguely monotone.

Suddenly, a sensation. Crystallized rot. Mineral decay. Contained impurity. Manifest corrosion. Something that was as corrupted as himself. But above all, power. Precious power. Power that he needed, power that he needed to accomplish his goal, power that he needed to save the slumbering angels.

The blighted comet onwards flew, stars and starlight left in dust. Soon it felt where the power lied, lazy, sleepy. But it would wake up. A moon was its bed, and it slept in its core. Auidas, the steel men called it, the steel men born to die on that day.

Impact. Heat. Destruction. The blanket was pulled on the corruption's bed. The moon lay bruised, a crater on it. All around miles the ground had been stone, and all around miles the stone was no more. Glass took its place, eager, violent. A desert of mirrors had just been born.

But still corruption slumbered, and he had to wake it up. He raised his hand, and the fires of hell complied. A pillar of flame appeared before him, drilling, tearing. It sank into the stone and soon, the task was done. A path to the core was open, and corruption lay awake. In stepped the angel awakener, descending through the burning pillar, and soon he reached the core, his eyes seeing what he sought. A sickly green stone lay there alone, and he took it from the core and traversed the pillar like before. He rose from the flames and stepped out into the mirrored desert, black reflections of his armor present all around himself.

He looked at the gemstone, and the gemstone looked at him in turn. An unsaid agreement, an untold covenant. The gemstone's power, the sleeping corruption, awakened and chose to sleep within him instead, transferring its power. The power he needed, the power he sought. He stretched it, tested it, sent it forward, and witnessed the glass turn sick and dark. Truly, the stone possessed great power, and that power was now his.

But before he left,
they arrived. Men of steel, men of spirit. Born to die on that dead rock, born to be erased for good.

But they, too, had power. One cast a spell, and he was restrained, the laws of the world changing to bind him. He stopped and sensed, feeling this power, touching it,
tasting it. Power. The one within these metal men was weak, but he knew there was more of it, out there, somewhere. He had felt it. He had tasted it. And he wanted more, needed more. For the slumbering angels, to awaken them from their dreams.

Still this power held him, though, and it needed to go. Holding up his hand despite the laws that chained him, he brought forth his fire, sick, corrupted, dark.
Burning. It spread through the magic, the force that changed the law, and ate it, ravenous. Licked it, lapped it, until there was nothing left, nothing left of the magic, nothing left of the change. No ashes, no remnants, no lingering forces. Nothing. Nothing at all.

"Within the dark recesses of temptation, their wandering consciousness struggles in vain." He sang once again with the same dulled voice.

A handwave. The burning pillar was gone. A wingbeat. The burning one was airborne. A swift slash. Three burning serpents were born.

Three burning serpents chased three steel men, four more having fled, away from that rock. Two of them moved, the last could not. The serpent collided, devoured, ignited, and the steel man was gone. One of them attacked him, a tiny spike impacting him, his armor now sporting a dent. But flames soon filled the dent and left again, and the dent was no more, the armor repaired, unscathed. The other bound him, chained him, dragged him to the ground, laws morphing once again to force him to descend. He struggled and fought, unable to rise.

But then it shone within him, the will of the angels. His eyes shining bright with emerald light, he tore apart the law, rising high once again. And he was now angry, flying towards a steel man, slashing it, tearing it apart, ending its existence. He turned to the last steel man then, charging, grasping its neck, corruption flowing forth like water, tainting the ground and the air and the armor.

Raising its hand, he brought forth his sick, corrupted, dark flames once again, and they surged forth and devoured the energy, the energy that scattered upon the deaths of the steel men. They were gone, forever gone, and amidst the silence, a question echoed through the invisible air.

"The others." He demanded, his voice now dark and ravenous. The steel man spoke, but the words did not interest him. Only the hand. The hand that pointed at the planet that was now surrounded by a guardian force, a force that would prove difficult to breach.

An explosion. A noble attempt, performed in vain. The dust settled, and still he stood. Untouched. Unmarred. Hungry.

"But why does it fight he who would cleanse its stain?" He sang.

And then he looked down at the world, the world the steel men called Aiuar. And he called forth his servants, for he sought the power of the steel men, their power to bend the laws. The power he sought, the power he wanted, the power he
needed. To awaken the slumbering angels...

...And to challenge the tyrant God.

Within Aiuar, something strange occured. Despite the arcane shield that served to keep Asra out of the planet as the Vokornians evacuated, an invasion occured. Directly within the world-city of the Collective, creatures made of pure flames began to manifest and mass, staging an attack on the city of the steel men. And far, far above them, on the dark void, stood the murderer, the monster, Asra. The Oncoming Drought.

Asumar stated, closing his eyes as he unleashed a massive Psionic wave towards Kilian in an attempt to prolong his inevitable downfall.

Now accepted it." He said vibrating his entire fist, readying an Infinite Mass punch and throwing it at his stomach.

Asumar's eyes widened in both shock and sudden pain, followed by the loss of feeling within his stomach, the force of the blow was so great that Asumar coughed up a massive amount of blood, his eyes becoming plagued with dark circles that had indicated a dangerous loss of blood within his body, not even his advanced healing capabilities could recover the massive amount of blood loss within his body. Asumar then looked towards Kazuko, whose expression was one of pain and anguish, but Asumar understood why Kazuko couldn't act, the Human-Celestial Species had to be maintained no matter the cost. Asumar smiled as his head fell forward, losing consciousness "Kazuko..." Asumar whispered silently.

Alastir's eyes widened entirely at seeing Asumar losing consciousness from the loss of blood, he then let out a scream of pain as his back started to move, and shake on it's own accord, Spera's Emergence finally completed "LET, ME..." Alastir then let out a horrific, blood curdling scream as his back was torn open "OUT!!!!!" Spera's voice screamed as white tendrils were flailing around rapidly from Alastir's back, Spera's body beginning to slowly emerge from Alastir's body, still within his Base Form, however. Something was off, Spera's energy was pure, but the rage Spera was feeling was very enormous, it was causing his power to skyrocket beyond even Alastir's power.

Shimura, Kazuko, and Arctico all turned to the newly emerged Spera, expressions of surprize and shock on their faces "Damnit, This isn't good at all, Spera's energy is rising through the roof!" Shimura shouted inwardly. Spera, without even using his hands started to manipulate the weather of Apokolips, causing the temperature on the planet to literally plummet down to Absolute Zero, Spera knew about Kilian's weakness and he was most certainly going to use it now, his rage was bubbling, but he still remained relatively calm on the outside, for someone who witnessed his son being nearly killed. "I'm going to say this once Roth..." Spera growled as the temperature began to drop even quicker than before "Step..." As Spera looked up to Kilian, an extremely powerful Psionic Burst from Spera caused the entire planet to shake instantly "...away from my son." Spera demanded darkly, his Emerald Eyes flaring with a murderous fire.

"Hm, how should I explain this?" Jaspers muttered to himself upon being asked by Naja where they were. "Ah, I know." He cupped his hands together and formed the same ball as previously. Humans --actually, any sentient being, really-- are interesting creatures. No matter where you go, there are always common questions they ask themselves. One of those questions is: 'what lies beyond?'"

"For someone living in prehistoric times, that question may apply to something like, say, the hunting grounds that they reside in and claim as their own. For those that formed the first civilizations, that question ironically may nag at them even more. At least hunter and gatherers has the option to explore because they were forced to follow the migrational patterns of prey animals."

"Our question of 'what lies beyond' evolves from towns to cities, cities to states, states to countries, countries to continents, continents to planets, etc. until we reach the universe and eventually the multiverse. So..." Jaspers held up the ball. "If this is the multiverse, then what's outside of it? That, is where we are. Welcome, to Limbo." Out of nowhere, what seemed to be a solid surface of glowing white/blue light appeared, with patches of black sprinkled in. Upon closer inspection, it became more and more clear that it was a town, with the black spots being buildings and the streaks of white/blue being streets. Spires, resembling that of a church, could be seen off in the distance.

Suddenly the town grew clearer and clearer, as though it were approaching them. They wouldn't have the time to admire any architecture before meeting the gaze of what appeared to be people. They looked relatively human, except for the fact that their skin was blue and and their faces shifted and distorted on occasion. "Oh my, we definitely don't want to go there. Though funnily enough, it's not the worst place to visit in Limbo. Believe it or not, but there's an even more depressing part of it, depending on how you want to view things. After all, this is where the forgotten are discarded."

"Now, where was I? Ah, that's right! So then, you're probably asking yourself, 'well, if this is what's past the multiverse, then what's past Limbo?' Well, I'm glad you asked! Plenty of things, actually. Most of them aren't really relevant to what we're doing. That one over there, though..." He said, pointing to a bright light in the distance. "That's the Beyond-Realm. I imagine you can guess what the significance of that is." Jaspers grinned. The group reached their destination, a small, white, glowing sphere floating in the void.

Jaspers touched the ball and they were sucked into the sphere. They were then transported and found themselves inside of a temple. Roughly in the center of said temple lay the broken body of Thought Robot, destroyed and in pieces. "We probably should be quick with this, there might be some Beyonders remaining here to finish off the Monitors." Karnilla said.

Suddenly, the crimson lady from the moon leaped out of a serpent hole on the ground behind Tina and Myosai, landing rather gracefully, her crown still on her head and not a single blonde hair out of place, her red cape and coat alike fluttering magnificently behind herself as her feet touched the ground. "Greetings once again, creatures." She said in a casual manner to the two girls, or at least, as casually as a goddess such as herself could manage. "I sensed you were in trouble. I suppose the flying stone creature could be considered a proof of such." She stated afterwards. Then, she looked glanced forward, looking Cellnemba up and down before stepping forward, coming to stand in front of Tina and Myosai rather than behind them. She probed around his mind with her powerful psionic abilities and saw that he intended to destroy them, along with this red planet and the whole solar system it belonged to. Now, the crimson lady was far above mortals like the ones that inhabited these worlds, that was for certain, but even then, she was no fan of genocide and senseless destruction, knowing very well that life was a priceless thing.

Thus, she decided to help the stone creatures and the pink girl stand against this foe.

"If you would not mind... Cellnemba." She said, grimacing slightly at having to pronounce such an ugly name. "I would like to be the first to try." She added afterwards, clearly referencing his earlier statement despite not having been there when he had said it.

Then, without moving a finger, she used her elemental abilities to call forth the power of thunder, bringing a lightning bolt with the power of an entire thunderstorm down upon Cellnemba's head. She did not know whether or not this would prove very useful, but as things were now, she was only using part of her power in order to test this new creature's abilities. She was not going to exert herself any more than necessary, after all, since such a thing would be unbecoming of someone of her stature, but even then, she suspected that he was much stronger than he appeared.

The force of the lightning bolt sent the floating Cellnemba down rather quickly, causing the Fusion to embed itself into the ground from the force. Seemingly stunned by the blast, steam and smoke rose from the strike site: Cellnemba's forehead, as he lay on the ground, stunned. Myosai, unsure on whether or not she should trust Cellnemba's deathly appearance, lowered herself down to a hovering stance above the ground, a safe distance where she could view Cellnemba. Though the Cell-Janemba fusion's body seemed to have been overloaded or shut down because of the twitching of its hands, Myosai did not trust this false appearance of Cellnemba collapsed. Although he was immobile, the twitching meant that he still had something left in him, and, if she was correct, that something could gather itself enough energy to spring back to action.

At that moment, Magnus had crept over, ascending up from Mars's rock, then marched over to the group. "What's going on?" The golem asked. Making sniffing noises, the golem would've wrinkled his nose, if he had a human face. Something smelled like electricity, to him, and burnt flesh. "What happen-" He stopped, nodding at Cellnemba, who was on the ground, immobile and twitching. "Oh..." He then stepped over Cellnemba's burnt, frozen body and stopped, only to spit a drop of magma onto his forehead, exactly like if a human spat on someone. "The only good bug is a dead bug," He said deliberately wiping his feet on Cellnemba as if he were a doormat. "And even better if that bug is burnt up." He chuckled, noticing that the crimson goddess-like lady from the moon was there as well. "Oh, well uh, Hi again, lady." Magnus said. Since he knew Tina couldn't fire lightning bolts or whatever dropped Cellnemba, and since Myosai was unable to harness electricity, he assumed it was her, then thanked her with a nod. "I can't believe it only took one lightning bolt to down Cell-Janjackass." He scoffed, looking down at the body of cellnemba, before giving him the rocky finger.

Myosai suddenly sprung forth in shock. "Mr. Magnus, move out of the way!"

Magnus looked down in horror, to see that Cellnemba's hand had a vice grip on his leg. A grin appeared across his face as his eyes opened once more, ground buckling and crackling underneath him as his power levels spiked to headache-levels for Myosai.

"Oh you've got to be fu-" Magnus was cut off when Cellnemba yanked the golem's leg clean off, spraying molten magma everywhere and giving the impression of a human losing his entire leg. "GOD DAMN IT!" Magnus yelled. "Not the leg, not the fucking leg!"

While Magnus writhed on the ground in pain and expletives, Cellnemba pointed a finger at the crimson lady. "You! Newcomer!" His voice roared, seeming to have elements of both Janemba and Cell present. "You were the one who put me on the floor - now it's your turn to take my place!" Cellnemba yelled, rising above the entire group. "Try dodging this, you fools, and see firsthand the mistake that you will make!" It cackled, soaring above them all and charging up his energy to form a Golden aura around his entire body.

Myosai powered up, flying in front of the group, to defend. As she Cupped her hands behind her back, she began to chant "Kame..." in a low voice, gathering energy in the form of a pink sphere which appeared in her hands.

Cellnemba cupped his hands behind his back as well, eyes wide as he gritted his teeth. "The Zenkai that I received after that blow has increased my power level exponentially. I am now able to prepare my ultimate attack for you all, capable of wiping out not this planet, but the entire solar system!" he cackled.

"I think you're bluffing, CuntJackass!" Magnus yelled back at Cellnemba.

"Fools!" Cellnemba growled, visibly being hurt by the insult in the form of his arm crackling slightly like glass, which surprised Magnus, but gave him an Idea...

"You all shall burn, along with the rest of this pathetic solar system!" He roared. "It is time to face my ultimate attack: My Solar Kamehameha!" Cellnemba said, gathering energy in his two hands, behind his back. "Kame...."

He and Myosai simultaneously said "Hame...", their energy increasing as the spheres of light behind them expanded and brightened.

"HA!!" They both shouted, thrusting their hands forth and firing their beams. Cellnemba's beam, a one the size of a massive building, clashed with Myosai's under-sized pink beam, which brought forth a massive shockwave upon their clash, leveling some nearby rock formations and whipping up storm-force winds. Entire fragments of the planet could be seen lifting up as their energy beams clashed, as their power levels began spiking.

Still, despite Myosai's power, she could not keep up this beam struggle long enough, and looked down at the group. "Myosai needs help!" She screamed, pushing forth as much of her power as she could, to compete with Cellnemba's larger beam.

Magnus, in an instinct, began tossing tank-sized slabs of rock at Cellnemba, which were blasted away with another hand that cell used. The Biological menage laughed manically. He didn't even need to use two hands to destroy Myosai, she was so weak. "Give up, you fools! You lost the second you stepped onto this rock!"

Magnus turned to Tina and the crimson lady. "Guys, I can't do shit. You don't suppose you have anything in mind, right? She looks like she needs some extra power, by the looks of it. But am I some sort of energy expert or some shit? No! Do you guys have anything else in mind? Unless..."

Magnus put a hand to his chin. If he could insult that shitstain long enough for him to erupt Olympus mons on him, he could effectively disintegrate that fucker and wipe him from existence. Only one problem: How were they able to get his attention? If he let go of the beam it could fly off course and destroy mars or some other planetary body, so either Myosai had to deflect it or overpower the beam, someway. But how the hell would she?

But as she sent out a weak psionic probe to ascertain whether or not the creature was, in fact, dead, she realized that it was still alive and still very much willing to fight, something soon confirmed when it grabbed the fighting Magnus' leg and ripped it off. Though perhaps gruesome to some others, the crowned woman was well aware that he could reform, and so, thought little of it as she observed Cellnemba intently, watching for the warrior's next move.

As it turned out, she did not have to move a finger once again. The beams of the ridiculous green creature and the pink being collided with enormous force, and though she seemed vastly outmatched, Myosai was at least capable of holding her own against Cellnemba, however temporarily. She knew that this would not last for long, though, and she also knew that this Cellnemba was a great threat, so, finally, she made a decision.

"This will require a much greater fraction of my powers." She said with a sigh, teleporting a great distance away from Cellnemba and the three creatures.

Then, something happened. The crimson lady's form floated into the air and shimmered for a moment, and the ground beneath began shaking with the strength of a thousand earthquakes. A bright flash of vermilion light engulfed the landscape for miles and miles around, blinding everything for a moment, but only if one was looking at the source. And then, where the crimson lady had once been, there was now a black dragon who bore the fires of hell within. She was taller than the tallest mountain on the red planet, and her wings looked as if they were able to tear apart a city block with naught but a wingbeat.

The dragon stood, tall and proud, behind Myosai as she struggled against Cellnemba, and spoke with a voice that was vaguely recognizable as the voice of the crimson lady, but a thousand times more powerful, more ancient, more regal. It seemed to rumble from within the earth, rather than come from her.

"I do not lightly grant others my strength, but in this case, it seems like a necessary measure. Behold, then, the power of the dragon goddess, and feel her power burn within you!" She spoke, and let out a roar that caused the entire surface to tremble. Suddenly, Myosai, Magnus and Tina would feel themselves resonating with the powerful roar, an ancient power building up deep within them, aching to go out. They had been empowered by the ancient Hadrimmelis, all of them now bearing the might of a dragon that could shatter stars.

She then looked down at Cellnemba with amusement, her elongated neck allowing her to nearly reach down to where he stood, an utterly massive burning black dragon looming over the horizon, her head mere feet away from the self-proclaimed ultimate warrior. "If you so desperately want me to take your place... Cellnemba." She said, the grimace in her voice at pronouncing his name still quite noticeable, confirming that she was, indeed, still the same person. "Then you will have to try harder to force me. Feel the fire of the gods!" She proclaimed, and then, immediately, she began breathing fire upon him, showering with flames powerful enough to devour entire suns in their wake.

Titanic Tower Tina smiled as she felt the power within her increase. She was at least a thousand feet tall at the moment, large enough to make cell look like a bug. Still she could feel he was quite the force to be reckoned with. She had been unsure what to do, but now with this power up she could dodge his attacks if nessecary. it was weird being this fast yet being this big. She was almost affraid to trip over mountains. She then turned her mind to Cellnemba, seeing the other two throwing their weight in, she reasoned she she do so too. And she had just the attack.

Focusing on the tiny bug that wall cellnemba, she focused on the metal with his bones, calcium. She had discovered that most beings had it when she had accidentally killed several humans who had been attacking her while she was napping. She exterted force on Cells bones, which would be hopefully enough to cause several of them to crack. if not, she had a backup plan. She began lifting an absurd amount of earth and rock from nearby that she hadn't already consumed and geokinietically funneled it into a high pressure gout of rock, sludge and earth aimed right at Cell.

Killian looked to Spera shaking his head. "A little cold weather? Spera that would have worked on me had I been in my normal state. I am so far beyond you right now. You actually think I can be harmed physically in this state. But you're after your son, who's bleeding to death. Who brought this on himself. He's arrogant, spiteful and stupid. I'm honestly surprised he made it this far. Tell me, how is he thousands of years old, but is dumber than a rock?" He asked with a snicker shaking his head stepping aside and motioning his arms for Spera to walk past him to Asumar. "I'm not a monster. He's your son. I've known that for awhile." He said flicking the blood off of his hand. "Do what you will. If he lives, make sure he knows what happens when he's stupid. I told him being stupid was going to start getting painful." He said and then pointed at Asumar. "He wanted to start something when we're trying to survive the end of the universe. He deserved worse."

"Huh... I guess that's where they get their name." Naja said. This was quite overwhelming. The Infinity Gauntlet was less overwhelming than this. "So we have a where, but it still begs the question, why? What are we doing all the way out here this close to the Beyonder's home? I don't wanna know what happens if they see us just waltzing in to where they live."
